So I bought a pillow last december and I didn't get a thing until January and I didn't even get what I ordered a dirty pillowcase was sent to me instead, I reached out to merchant and they constantly denied me , customer service does NOT EXIST, so I have been constantly disputing the charges and this shady company kept saying I got it but did NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED so after fighting them I caved and sent back their dirty pillow case they sent me and attached the proof of sent to my credit card company and them, I want my damn money back! Avoid this awful awful cheap company!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Do NOT trust this company. Terrible pillow, overpriced, pillow! No customer service at all. They’re satisfaction guarantee and return policy are lies…they state you can return it f not satisfied within 30days, the pillow sucked so badly that I tried to return it after 2 days…I emailed several times and no response. Don’t waste your time or money…the good reviews are fake!

I absolutely like this pillow! It's very soft and comfortable. Though the actual color of the pillow is slightly different from the color shown on the website, overall, it's still a fantastic pillow!

This is a super comfy pillow! I used to always wake up with neck pain and stiffness, feeling like my neck was all out of whack. But this pillow is perfect for my neck, giving me just the right support. I can't sleep well without it now.

A luxurious comfortable pillow. However, I find the feathers poke me sometimes.

The design is great, with three small pillows inside that can be adjusted for height according to personal habits. It has more support than ordinary feather pillows.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY." Complete scam and fraudulent business. They advertise "down" pillows but really they are just hazardous cheap pillows stuffed with quilled feathers. True down doesn't contain the sharp pointed quill portion of the feather. Customer service is non-existent. Last time I'm falling for a shady company with no other footprint on google besides their website and false instagram ads.

The pillow's a bit stiffer than for my liking. I'm hoping that with time and use, it'll soften up.

I purchased a pillow for my daughter as a Christmas present 12/2023 and she loved it! The packaging was beautiful it came in a black elegant bag. After a month she begin to see feathers come out of the pillow and some of them hurt and pretty soon it was in her hair, clothes and bedding. I contacted Customer Service and related her experience. They contacted me and apologized and sent out another pillow which was to my surprise I didnt expect that. So that made all the difference and made this Mama happy! We just got the pillow today and hopefully no more feathers lol. Thank you PeterHanun for your professional service and wanting to make this customer happy.

Actually I want to give ZERO stars. Horrible experience. Shipping is terrible, takes forever and it comes from China!!!! Then quality is the worst. Used it for a couple of weeks and feathers poking out and peaking neck and face. Reached out to Support and they refused to refund because of their 30 days return policy. And the want me to send items back at my costs. STAY AWAY!!!

I needed a soft and large pillow that could keep my head propped up yet still feel comfortable without stress on my neck. This is it.

Shipping is horribly slow. Been almost 2 weeks and no sign of my order being here anytime soon. Look elsewhere

The Pillow was missing from my delivery, even though the tracking says it was delivered. I was charged for it. They have not responded to my emails and they have no phone number to call. Very frustrating.

I have been on a never ending journey to find the right pillow. I could fill a large room with my mistakes Thrilled to report that my journey is over. These pillows are perfect. Comfortable and hold their shape. I will never buy anything else. Highly highly recommended. You can thank me later. Very high quality and worth every penny

I saw an ad for this company on FB and decided to give it a try. I purchased 2 pillow but ended up returning them. I sent an email to the company and they provided the return address. I paid for the return shipping and to this date have not received a refund. The company is no longer responding to my emails. It looks like they are based out of China, I wish I would have done my research before purchasing.
