Peter Clarke Estate Agent and Letting Agent Omdömen

Ellie and Natasha of Peter Clarke's Chipping Campden office were very helpful and accommodating in respect to access despite the property we purchased being unoccupied during the whole process.
In summary, from our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending this office and its personnel.

Peter Clarke have been amazing. We considered 4 estate agents and Peter Clarke were our clear favourites from initial discussions, being highly professional and engaging. From the very first meeting with Matthew he put us at ease with the viewings and found us buyers extremely quickly. Our onward purchase hasn’t been the easiest, but the team have always been there for advice, to negotiate for us and just to have a moan! A special thank you to Renee who has been there up until completion! I cannot recommend Peter Clarke enough.

It has been a real pleasure to deal with such a professional, approachable and focused team. We are indebted to Giles Guest for the speed with which he engaged with our property and found potential buyers, securing a sale in under 3 weeks, and Renee Roberts for her determination and drive to facilitate the sale to completion. Peter Clarke estate agents are exceptional and we highly recommend them.

My husband and I have recently purchased an apartment through Peter Clarke Estate Agents, Renee at the Leamington Spa branch was our contact throughout the process and she kept us informed, liaised with the sellers and their lawyer, communication at all times was fantastic and with her professionalism guided us through our purchase. I would, without hesitation recommend Renee and Peter Clarke Estate Agents.

We have been dealing with Kelly and she found us a great property to rent. Excellent communication, and really high level of service. Thank you !

We purchased a house through Peter Clarke, Russell was our point of contact throughout the process, his service was professional and friendly, I would use these again if I was to sell my house.

Georgia at Peter Clarke managed the letting of my property. I was impressed with her efficiency at dealing with issues as they arose and professional attitude. My e-mails were always answered speedily and I would definitely use Peter Clarke again. I suspect Georgia likes her job and this definitely came across in all our communications.

As we settle into our new home, huge thanks must go to Melanie Griffiths from the Stratford Upon Avon office. She is someone, that if she says she is going to do something, she does!
A very proactive person, sorting things that might happen, chasing others, all to speed the process along.
Clearly a credit to Peter Clarke

We rented a property through Peter Clarke and Co. The Stratford on Avon office have little regards for us as tenants..they are very pro landlord and only interested in taking your money and large deposits which are unlikely to come back for frivolous reasons.
The property we rented has water leaking from the cielings..is damp throughout and we have had a vermin problem for almost 2 years..these are extreme health hazards but we dare complain for risk of being thrown out!! Peter Clarke had a duty of care not to put us in this situation but they are only concerned with money !!!!
I would avoid this company and their arrogant staff at all costs.

I can not thank all the staff I dealt with enough. They have always communicated extremely well during a complicated sale and certainly took a lot of the stress away with their clear and calm words. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Many thanks to all.

Our experience with Russell from Peter Clarke was nothing short of fantastic. We purchased our dream home and I can honestly say that even in a busy market we always felt that we were treated like his only clients. Unlike many other estate agents we weren't forced into a bidding war and that made us feel very comfortable right from the start.

Having recently purchased a property through Peter Clarke & Co with a view to letting it out, we have had no hesitation is asking PC & C to fully manage the letting on our behalf. All three members of the PC & C Wellesbourne office have been consistently professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and contactable.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We would not be in our dream home without Russell. I would highly recommend Peter Clarke, and will definitely use them for any future sales or purchases.

Review of Peter Clarke & Co

I found Peter Clarke & Co to be both helpful and efficient, and based on my experience with this company, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The pre sales publicity and presentation was excellent, we had10 viewings in the first week and two good offers.
The Management of the short chain was also very good and the sales manager kept us informed, liaised with all the parties up to exchange of contracts.

I would like to thank Renee and the Peter Clarke team in Leamington Spa for their excellent support through out the sale process of my fathers home. There support has made a difficult process so much better

Matthew and his team were nothing less than exemplary during our purchase. I honestly cannot thank them enough. They went well above and beyond with their support. Cheers

We had a great time dealing with Peter Clarke. They were very efficient and a lovely team to work with. Highly recommended and will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you everyone at Peter Clarke.

My partner and I have just started renting through peter clarke. The process from application to moving in went efficiently and without delay. We are extremely impressed with our rep Georgia warner who has gone above and beyond for us all the way throughout the process. She has dealt with every query effectively and quickly. We highly recommend peter clarke and feel very fortunate to have Georgia as our rep. Outstanding in every way.

Excellent service from Peter Clarke’s , especially Russ ! We had our sale & purchase & mother in laws sale going through at the same time, plus I had really bad Covid , he dealt with everything ! The one sale was a bit of a nightmare & required lots of attention but Russ dealt with it like a true professional ! Couldn’t have done either without him, would definitely recommend Peter Clarke’s to anyone !
