Waist too small
Waist too small. Normally wear size 31 but order size 32 yet it was too small. Tried to complete document for return/exchange online but the app didn’t recognize my order # 544941 with area code 34113. Tried numerous times even used 00000 as suggested for my area code. Now have to wait till Monday to speak with customer service for favorable results.
Good news is the pants appear of good quality and craftsmanship.

Moleskins Aren't What They Used To Be
I've given a lower rating because the moleskin trousers were of thinner material than the last time I ordered and the color (loden) is now darker. They're more than adequate but it was a bit of a disappointment.
