I like shopping at Pet Direct as I get a good selection of products for my cat and usually the goods are at my back door the next morning. That to me is really great service. Really easy to purchase online, great pricing compared to others, even called me to say my delivery would be slightly delayed due to leaving Auckland rather than Christchurch - still arrived within a few days so absolutely happy with that.
