I’ve always found Pet Direct to process my orders promptly and usually the product arrives at my door the next day. Getting large bags of dog food delivered is great as it saves me a lot of lifting and carrying.

I was looking for lamb tripe for a sick dog and as I live remotely it was becoming hard. Then a friend told me about pet direct and the staff there were very helpful. Outstanding service and fast delivery within Auckland. Ordered 4pm on a Thursday and was delivered by 10am the next day. They were able to price match a competitors price without any issues.
