Order PCA65490 that was placed on December 2, has still not shipped. Trying to understand your busy season you continued to advertise through December 13th that order for Christmas Delivery. This is obviously not correct advertising some might even refer to it as false. FRUSTRATED AND WAITING.

Easy to work with, art came out amazing

I was able to review the art and ask for changes which was a really nice touch. My son is gonna love this photo of his best girl ❤️

This was our second purchase, and we're just as happy as we were the first time. Pleased that they take feedback with revisions to make sure everything is right before sending the order out

Awfull experience, bad service and long waiting time

I ordered a package with 2 dogs on black friday.
First picture was 2 dogs identical to each other, even though I provided 3 pictures and specific details.
- Which is okay at that moment, we need the reviews for that, but it seemed like lazy.

I send in my review and again I am very specific about the dogs, their names and how to distinguish them.
Then out of nothing they switch their names around (and each review is like 2 - 3 business days).

At this point I'm kind a annoyed. But it happens.
2 business days more after the review and they changed absolutley nothing.

Its now 11th december, i just sent in my 4th review (twice for changing the names) and I lost all hope of getting this christmas gift now.

Having the audacity to read a review and not change a thing is stunningly stupid and i left a formal complain and most likely I will cancel my order.

I like the company, what they do, what they stand for. But I have never had this much of a horrible experience with a company.

5th review and they still haven't read the changes for the picture.
over 7 days waiting time for answers for both support and creatives.
- Took them 7 days to change 2 names on a picture. Real fast.

Drawing of actual animal was great. The background didn't quite look like what they sent in the email that I agreed to. Overall would recommend.

Terrible service! I’ve had to follow up on my order 4 different times because I still cannot access my order on their order status portal. I keep being told my order is in production and should ship in 3-5 days “if not sooner”. It has been over a month since I ordered on November 4th. Nov 25th I was told 3-5 business days again, now it’s 8 business days later and I’m being told the same thing. This is a scam!

They sent me the first draft. I responded with modifications. Picture did not have the essence of my dog. I did not hear back from them for many weeks. Finally I reached out for a refund. Was told they never got my revision request but it was done through their link. I was advised they would not refund my money that I had to let them fix the picture. They adjust it a bit. I said OK to revision art. Have waited to long. Now I have not heard anything agian. No final product. I would not advise anyone to purchase this charature. Company website says it you are not happy they would refund 100%. Don't believe it. I am still waiting for art or refund.

I have to say this experience was a great one. I got sent one photo that looked nothing like my Adora but after some notes and some changes, the picture looked just like her.
I was about to get it printed on canvas.
Just know the lowest price is just a digital copy but they are able to make it on to a canvas.

Wish i could give it a zero, scam, was a computer image not a drawn , not pleased at all

I ordered 3 8x10 wrapped art work I only received 1 . I payed over £100 for this , I don't think this is value for money.

The painting was very well done, the dogs look so cute, love it so much!

They are so helpful ,they make sure the piece you order is perfect, I have ordered a few pieces from them and have never been disappointed.
