Ordered 2 covers for existing "donut" dog beds. Picture clearly showed round bed and round cushion inside it so was rather disappointed when covers arrived and were most definitely square. Following telephone conversation when I was assured that these were " donut" covers and a circular shape would appear I then wasted 20 mins trying to insert filling into a pathetic 10" zip opening which was the only access to the main covers. Should not be advertised as replacement cover as would never fit on an existing donut bed. Sent them back at my own expense and although I got the refund for the product I was charged the £8 inital delivery.

Great Experience ! Recently needed a second dog car bolster seat for a trip and when I called Brian went to the warehouse and sent one the same day for me. Fabulous service, great products and I highly recommend. Nice to see and support small companies.

Another great bed delivered in super quick time. Great communication a super product - the dogs will love it.

Just ordered 2 x large beds with water proof covers (A donut style bed and a sofa shaped bed) They are really substantial feeling and the dogs look so comfortable!
Also they were such great value, plus the company uses a decent courier service so delivery was great.
I can see me getting some of these for every room!! Will certainly recommend to friends.
If I have any issues I will come back and update!

This should have been a straightforward transaction. Following a simple online process I’ve followed several times - very successfully.

On this occasion purchased bulky items. In large parcel format. Over 800mm height with 600mm.

On opening my goods they were damaged. Thus making retailer responsible for return.

Firstly having undefined the soiled goods I immediately sent photos to the retailer. No apology was offered. Their primary concern the logistics of the return. I eventually got a returns label.

Due to size of the parcel it was refused at the drop off point on more than one occasion. Instead of helping me resolve the issue and come up with an alternative plan the trailer was dismissive and not interested.

As my goods package was over £100 I couldn’t absorb the refund as a “bad experience”. I then reluctantly paid over £11 to have the items returned by parcelforce.

Thankfully my items were refunded. This was not without several accusations in the interim and even suggesting I had “buyers remorse”. I reminded the retailer that as I had bought the items online should I had not wanted them I was legally entitled to return. Therefore, the law of “buyers remorse” does not apply to online goods.

The goods were solid and broken and rather than say sorry for my inconvenience & a commitment to put things right this retailer sought to defend the indefensible.

This in my opinion is no way to run a business. It’s no way to treat customers.

Good quality bed dog loves it but took a while to come

Our experience with this company has been exceptionally good.
In error, I ordered the wrong size beds for our two dogs and therefore didn't expect to have excellent customer service as it was my fault!
However I should not have worried, we were advised to pack up the beds and return them, when they would happily exchange for the correct size and refund the difference.
The company was true to its word, we were refunded and our two spaniels now rest snuggly in their new beds.

We bought a dog bed off this company. After about 40 days, the cover material ripped. The bed was used by an elderly dog that didn't bite or chew it, it was just very flimsy, poor quality material. The company refused to replace it as it was after the 30 day return limit and it is "now used". The showed no remorse over selling a rubbish product that was not fit for purpose, and then hid behind the T&Cs that stated a 30 day limit for returns. Their communication was surly and unapologetic. Avoid them.
