The customer service was very nice and sweet but I received a razor was was said to be waterproof (I even emailed to check - they said not to completely submerge it but that I could take it in the shower, I put it in the side of my bath and stepped outside of the water, ONE drop of my of my wet hair touched it and it gave out) I emailed, they sent me a replacement, I tried the replacement and it lasted for two minutes shaving before the battery ran out at 98%, I asked for a refund they tried to send me another replacement and a 40% refund. I said nope I want my money back and no replacement which I did get!! But the razor is useless

Don't fall for the damn scam .. I did... Waited weeks and weeks. Paid 80 bucks.. I didn't have high expectations, but of course was an idiot to look at reviews from THEIR website. I didn't even know about TrustPilot. But they sent me a generic brand razor that is sold through Shein for 12 bucks. Identical in every single way. Petalsmooth says it's 100% waterproof. But the directions say not to take it in the shower. It doesn't have a Petalsmooth logo on it. It feels cheap. Looks cheap. Because it is cheap. Believe me .go on Amazon and find yourself a look alike .because I guarantee your paying 80 bucks for the exact same one.

Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis : il est « à l’aéroport en France », depuis des semaines. Évidemment, le colis vient de Chine, ce qui ne justifie pas son prix. Il est impossible de contacter la marque, que ce soit par mail (l’adresse est dite introuvable, même si c’est la même qui m’avait envoyé le numéro de suivi), ou par le site. Il y a une catégorie appelé contact, mais il n’y a aucune preuve que je n’ai envoyé un message, et évidemment aucune réponse depuis plusieurs jours.
