Very bad. I paid for a package from an ad that tricked me into going to this website. They charged me 7,000 Chilean pesos, and even after spending that money, I still won't receive the product as agreed. A complete fiasco, awful.

How do you get intouch with this company? I dont even know what they sell? They took £49.98 in April. Then every month maybe twice a month ! It has just been brought to my attention!! HELPPPP

They were used in a scam. I clicked some link, I was tricked into paying 2 euros to petalsleaf.
When I realised I was tricked, I tried to report the payment to revolut but they said petalsleaf refused to cancel the payment.
It's only 2 euros, so it's not a big deal, but I think people should know they are involved in scam operations.

Later edit: they asked for more details, so I'll provide them:
- it was the classic scam, you won a prize from some well known company (some 6packs of beer from a company that was actually running some competition at that time) and you have to pay 2 euros for local shipping
- at first glance it looked legit (the address was looking similar to the company name, I later realized it wasn't the same)
- I paid using my Revolut card; the payment was for petalsleaf.com and they even sent me some emails that I got 2 euros credit on their site
- I realized I was tricked, opened a dispute with Revolut; they contacted petalsleaf.com and their answer was they won't refund the payment. Since it was a small amount, I didn't bother following up or trying to see if I can do anything else
- since the card was used for a fraudulent payment, I terminated it and got a new card, blocked all payments to petalsleaf.com and deleted all their emails
- I reported the scam here on Trustpilot

Phoebe was really kind and went out of the way to help me in getting my refund back . I was accidentally subscribed to membership but the way Quality Assurance Supervisor dealt with the situation really professionally and ethically. I appreciate petalsleaf team .
