Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry for the lapse on this visit. When a different operative covers your site, you should be notified in advance, and they should follow your sign-in procedure just as your regular operative does those site protocols matter, and we'll make sure cover visits are properly briefed on them going forward. I'm glad your regular operative continues to look after you well, and I'll pass that on. If there's anything else you'd like us to put in place for future visits, just email me at scott@pestuk.com. Thank you for taking the time to flag this.
Tom at the Bracknell branch was…
Tom at the Bracknell branch was extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to properly survey a potential loft infestation and answer lots of questions. Overall a very educational experience and reassuring to conclude that it was probably not rodents inside, but more likely pigeons perching outside on top of the roof.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're really pleased Tom at our Bracknell branch looked after you so well taking the time to properly survey the loft, answer all your questions, and make the whole thing an educational and reassuring experience. Tom will be delighted to hear it.
Correctly identifying the cause is half the battle, and it's great he could put your mind at rest that it was likely pigeons perching on the roof rather than rodents in the loft. If those pigeons ever become a nuisance, or you need us for anything else, we'd be glad to help. Thank you again!
