I would not use again

Terrible customer service . A terrible vague technician report following our visit which gave no detail on the call out . The initial customer service is fine but I’ve called three times to request a detailed report of the visit to my property and nothing has been taken seriously . A large (not local ) company that just wants to take your money .

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry we've let you down. If the report you received was too vague and gave you little detail on the call-out, that's not good enough, and the fact you've had to ask three times for a proper one without it being sorted is exactly the kind of follow-up failure we don't want. I completely understand your frustration.
I'd genuinely like to put this right. If you email me directly at scott@pestuk.com with your address and visit date, I'll personally make sure you receive a detailed report of the work carried out, and look into why your earlier requests weren't actioned.
I'm sorry, too, that we came across as a company that only wants your money that's not who we want to be, and I hope giving this the attention it should have had from the start goes some way to showing that. Thank you for the chance to fix it.
