I purchased 3 of these to see if they work. Happy to say they are working great. No new runs where I've placed them around my above ground pool. Will be purchasing more.

Ordered 9 devices. Website says 2-5 days shipping. Its now been 12 and nothing has arrived yet. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Cannot locate a phone number and my comment on facebook was removed.

Terrible shipping time. Took a very long time from ordering.

Still have to let profuct operate to see results. Not hopeful.

Have had plugged in for about 2 weeks now..have been fighting ants for the past 5 years...3 days and no ants...very satisfied

Helped with bedbugs, just need a few more. Overall did as expected. Still need some for ants and flies

Scam do not buy. I promise you will regret it. This product is only made for business owners. Not for the public. Unless you only want to see a short period of time affect not for long term. Read and do research before buying. You will not get a refund

Ordered 3 for my elderly mom who lives in a condo building, to get rid of bedbugs. Plugged 2 in her room. Worked almost immediately. Then started seeing them again a week later, so plugged the 3rd one in her room and that seems to work. Pretty good product!

It seems that 1/2 of the units work well while the other three seem to have some issues. My biggest problem however is the complete inability to contact anyone who may have some answers to my questions! Very frustrating and to top it off they seem to have no real phone support for the company; an extremely poor customer service experience!!

I've only been using the devices in my yard to get rid of the moles for a couple of weeks. I haven't seen any new hills or runs, so far. That's a great thing. I will be looking at getting the plug in for the inside of the house in the future. STEVE R.

I bought 6 units and have been very pleased with the way they performed. I had active voles in my yard and these units drove them out. The only drawback is that you cannot run over them with your mower, you have to avoid them.

Great customer service, when I had a question about my order they responded quickly ( within 24 hours). Product works like it's advertised on all kinds of pests & doesn't harm my pets. Overall a great product for the price!

I have dealt with at least 3 pest control companies about some biting bugs that are too small to see. This is in my office area, which is adjacent to glass doors. The pest control companies were never able to correct the problem. The PestLab devices have not cured the problem completely, but they make a significant difference.

My tiny house was full of Asian beetles and stink bugs. After installing a single Pestlab device the bugs are almost non-existent. I highly recommend the Pestlab devices.

These work great. Ordering was very easy and shipping was fast.

So far this product is performing as promised. Very easy to install and will be able to mow my lawn without removing.

So far, I spent $90 on 3 nightlight, and I have 3 more in the box, since I got the buy 3, get 3 deal. I live in a one- bedroom apartment, and I have had these plugged in for 2 weeks. I am fighting bedbugs. I have seen no change at all. I am still seeing bugs, still being bitten, am sleepless and miserable. I was hoping these would at least help some, but they've been zero help at all. I'm extremely disappointed by this purchase.

Just started using these last week. There is a little difference but not really noticeable.
It might take a little longer for it to show improvement.
