Trip of a lifetime

Phillips knowledge and personal service, was amazing and made my trip of a “ life time “ to the USA so special. The coordination of the eight flights ( creating boarding cards and checking luggage in etc) was extremely helpful combined with hotel booking in several different locations . This left to me to relax and enjoy the four different US states I visited. I’m already planning my next trip and will be using Personal Travel Studio.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review!

It was a real pleasure putting your American adventure together, and we're absolutely delighted it turned out to be such a special experience. With so many flights and different places to visit, there was certainly plenty to organise, but that's all part of what we love doing!

Knowing you could simply relax and enjoy the journey makes it all worthwhile. We're so pleased you're already thinking about your next adventure and can't wait to help you plan it!

Having used Phil for many years

Having used Phil for many years, i would like to thank him and Jonathan for the best service and support. Having a direct line of contact makes sorting out issues fast, no matter the time of day Phil will always get is sorted. Also although service is excellent, the prices offered are very very competitive too. Outstanding. I use him for business trips and private trips.

Excellence in Personal service

Phil has been our travel agent for many years. He has organised family holidays, city getaways, long complicated trips to Australian and New Zealand, an unbelievable Orient Express experience and most recently our first cruise. As our travel desires have grown and changed Phil has always provided conscientious service and perfect advice. Jonathan joining has solidified their fantastic personal service - no request is too small or too difficult and when an issue does arise, they are all over it and have it sorted. (ie Monarch airline going bust and stranding us in Venice ). Their travel expertise is phenomenal. I would sincerely recommend them to anyone.

Highly organised and efficient.

Phillip was great - it was the first time we had worked with him. We had a slightly complicated trip to Turkey to arrange and he organised everything - with rapid responses to requests even when he himself was on holiday. Highly recommended - we will use him again. Highly organised and efficient.

Phil and Jonathan are brilliant

Phil and Jonathan are brilliant, they are extremely knowledgable and listen carefully to what you are after, they then know exactly what trip/accommodation to recommend to suit your budget. They organise everything and the whole thing is seamless. It gives you great peace of mind when you are away. We have used them for a variety of trips and every time they have created a holiday that has exceeded our expectations, highly recommend them both.

Travel Agents with a Personal Touch

I have used Phillip (and now Jonathan) to book a number of trips for our family over the past few years. My absolute favourite was a safari holiday in Kenya. The service has been great and they are always available to help sort any issues - last January we had to get home quickly from S Africa in an emergency situation and Phillip went above and beyond to help and find us new flights.
