I love that it took me a very short amount of time to set up my Jane Elite Plus foldable - from delivery to set up - everything was super smooth, and it is beautiful craftsmanship. This is the first piece of exercise equipment that I want to show off, and not hide it.

It has been very easy to work with Personal Hour. Not only are they quick to respond when there is a question, but they are also are fast to deliver. I received my Zous Cardio reformer recently and love it! It was easy to put together and the operation of it is so smooth! The quality and price are great too.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the Janet 2.0 reformer. I was a STOTT certified instructor for many years and this reformer stands up to the Merrithew quality at half the price. The equipment arrived faster than promised in a heavy wooden create which was difficult to open but protected the reformer well. There were a few parts that had to be assembled or added but I searched for and used the instructions on the website. The material is soft and the carriage and jump board are well padded. The movement is completely silent. The 5 spring/2 level configuration provides plenty of resistance. I highly recommend this reformer.

My reformer arrived very fast. It is stylish, functional, and perfect for my home studio. When my order arrived missing an item, Mark from customer service was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

The purchasing process was easy. I would have liked a detailed item list of what the Zous Pro Foldable Reformer included prior to buying, but I took a chance and am happy to report the reformer included all of the pieces I wanted.
The reformer arrived in a shipping crate and was well packaged to prevent damage.
The wheels work beautifully even on carpet so moving it into place was a breeze. I was able to unfold it and complete setup alone.
Finding the instructions for setting it up was not easy, but once I found the correct reformer I was good to go.
The bed glides beautifully and is smooth even over the area where it would fold.
Highly recommend.
I am excited to be able to do this in my own home in a regular basis.

I bought the Janet Elite Plus and could not be happier. It folds and opens easily, glides smoothly, quiet and feels like the BB studio reformer I used in a professional studio.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect based on prior reviews, but decided to take the risk and purchased a reformer to deliver to southern AZ. I emailed customer service beforehand to ask about the shipping issues they experienced in the past and what they were doing to resolve it. They gave a good enough answer for me to place my order. My reformer arrived about two weeks later, right on time. It is BEAUTIFUL and is simple enough to assemble, but I do wish paper instructions were included in the packages. Having to use my phone was a bit of a pain, but I still managed. I assembled by myself with zero issue. The reformer folds nicely and fits into the corner of my living room, which is exactly what I wanted. I have zero complaints about the product itself.

Reformer arrived quickly and was practically already assembled which was a treat! What was left to do was easy and took about 30 mins. Was not prepared for the delivery, as I didn't hear from the shipping company and the tracking didn't seem to be up to date, but it worked out. The nano elite reformer rides like a dream! So smooth and quiet and gorgeous. VERY happy with purchase

I’m an instructor with a small private studio and I purchased the Napolie. The shipping for a custom order did take time but it was shipped and delivered in the outlined timeframe. There initially were screws missing from a few of the posts but the company shipped them immediately upon emailing them. Also it took a few tries to get the wheels well balanced so the ride was smooth. Again customer support was fairly good at replying back within a reasonable amount of time. I typically train clients on Balanced Body machines. The quality of this machine is just as good if not better. Honestly it’s built like a rock. I’ve had it almost a year and it’s been great. Only complaint would be the carriage is kind of stiff , meaning really dense to lie on. A slightly more cushy carriage would be more comfortable for most of my clients. The other thing is the jump board doesn’t have any handles and it’s pretty heavy and awkward to move without them. Otherwise super satisfied with my purchase.

Edit: The rear wheels at one year of ownership started to squeak badly. I replaced them and even had a handy man come out and try to resolve the issue. I ended up paying $120 to have a new carriage shipped. Still waiting on that. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. I’m worried the new carriage will do the same thing with time. Most likely going back to Balanced Body equipment soon.
