Customer service started out 5 stars

Customer service started out 5 stars! Then they dropped the ball.
I was having trouble holding air in my bed and the service was great. Got to the final point of sending a replacement part and they left me. I waited and waited and finally reached out to see what the delay was in shipping.
I wish someone would have contacted me and let me know that I needed to do something on my end to complete the process.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Personal Confort has been great to deal with. I recieved my bed on time. Everything went together easy and was being used the sane night we got it. I had a small problem with the mattress compressor unit. they had me run sine test, when that didn't work they sent out a new compressor unit right away. They were right there on top of things as soon as I contacted them and made sure I was satisfied at every turn. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. its refreshing to deal with a company that really wants to satisfy you. thank you.

Bed was delivered perfectly

Bed was delivered perfectly. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because for some reason it doesn’t feel the same as our other one. I believed I was buying the same model as the first one we bought. Actually I was told it was an upgraded model. The difference seems to be the mattress isn’t as soft on the top layer. Meaning the first one had a softer pillow top and this one doesn’t

The website was easy to use.

The website was easy to use the shipment came in but we were leaving the country for a few weeks and just set it up. Very easy setup and my side is very comfortable my spouse is still getting his side to his liking. The dog loves the king size bed.

They are a terrible brand

They are a terrible brand. it’s been at least a month and i can’t use my phone. everytime i use my phone there is an add for them on my phone that forces me to open theirs brand on google. i cant use any type of social media with literlt out there brand forcing me to open there paige allay as an example i know that is suppose to say literally and i fixed it at least 2 times so also take that into consideration

When the bed was ordered it stated it…

When the bed was ordered it stated it was in stock the after it took several weeks to get. It does not have good set up instructions. Connectivity to my android phone was very difficult. Although once tge bed was set up. I have finally found a comfortable setting. Your assistant to choose the right setting is totally off.

All my customer service interactions…

All my customer service interactions went well. The mattress was delivered in the time frame estimated. I had a sleep number bed prior but had to leave it behind in an out of state move. Personal Comfort is as comfortable as the sleep number and maybe even more comfortable.

More affordable, extremely comfortable bed

Very comfortable bed at a much more affordable price than Sleep Number. I opted for the power base 3, and we love the ZG setting for watching TV! Best bed I've owned!

The videos you see on the company website speak the truth

My son and I (I’m 78 yrs old) installed the king size mattress and installation was a breeze. The company videos were a big help and well done. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the pin that goes in the air motor didn’t click in like I thought it should but it still aired up just fine. My son has a sleep number bed and he thinks my mattress is better than his. I’m very happy with my mattress purchase.

Better Then Sleep Number / In My Opinion.

Perfect solution and great value.

We purchased A8 split king mattresses. Wife prefers firm while I prefer a softer mattress. Split king was the perfect solution. Working with their Customer Service was easy and actually enjoyable. We received an unexpected discount. Only issue is we like our bedroom on the colder side. Mattress tends to pull body heat so a heated mattress pad needed now for temperature control. Expect summer weather will remedy this issue. Overall very satisfied.
