Perry Bishop Omdömen

Great staff - always willing to help and go the extra mile.

Cathy and the team were very kind and helpful throughout the process of finding a rental property. They responded quickly to emails, listened to my criteria and provided lots of lovely properties. Would highly recommend!

Perry and Bishop did not have an easy task selling Our property as the market appears to be very fickle at the moment, however Perry and Bishop at all Times proved to be both professional and most helpful during the process I would like to thank especially Jades input and determination in completing this transaction thank you all at Perry Bishop

The Perry Bishop team in Cirencester have been fantastic. Lynne Rollings and Jade Allen have been particularly impressive, helping us to navigate the purchase of our first UK home and supporting us in navigating quite a lengthy and occasionally complex process. They have helped to make the process simple, been sensitive and responsive to our concerns, timely with communications and attentive to detail throughout.

Thank you for providing a truly local and individual service. You have made the purchase of our first property an enjoyable experience so far, when it could have already been a very different experience.

The whole Perry Bishop team were professional, diligent, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They secured us the best price for our property and managed to get us into the house we wanted under severe time constraints.

We had a fantastic experience with Perry Bishop. We bought a property in Lechlade and they were extremely accommodating getting viewings at short notice, as we did not live in the area. After our offer was accepted we had a dedicated person, Michelle, who looked after the whole process, chasing all solicitors etc weekly to keep everything on track. It all went extremely smoothly and would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Perry Bishop and the wider team enough. There personable manor and experience is unrivalled. Especially to Lynne and Jade who went above and beyond to support. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We sold our property through Perry Bishop Nailsworth and the team there was fantastic. They were clear & straight forward; no OTT sales pitch. Their communication and support was excellent. Property selling/buying is always a stressful and long process and they made it all so much easier. Thank you Shirley, Mandy & Karen.

Everyone at Perry Bishop, Cirencester, was fantastic. From Simon who first did the valuation, through Lynne and Chantelle who helped with the sale, and then Jade in the sales progression office who made sure everything ran smoothly through to completion. It was so nice to be able to rely on them all, with super clear and proactive communication. Thank you so much for making the process much less stressful than it could have been!

Great team at Perry Bishop, who helped to make the whole process of buying a house a much more pleasurable experience. In particular, I like that Perry Bishop have a separate person (Lorraine) specifically allocated to chasing the lawyers and the chain generally. Lorraine was able to keep my informed of where the hold ups were and for me to do my own pushing with my solicitor to encourage push from their side too.

We just wanted to pass on our thanks to the team at Perry Bishop, who were very helpful during our recent sale, and provided guidance and assistance throughout the entire process. Being kept updated during the sale and guided through the sales process was much appreciated and we would definitely recommend them. Thanks.

The support in getting the sale completed on time despite challenges from various sides was superb.

We are currently going through the process of renting a home , as a first time couple Cathy has helped us a huge amount !! Going through the last stages now and couldn’t be more thankful for the support and understanding. Again thanks so much to the whole team !

Many thanks to the team at Perry Bishop in Faringdon.
We had a very protracted sale where the chain broke twice and it was only thanks to Michelle’s perseverance and tenacity that we got it over the line the third time. She was a mistress of calm and the smoothing of waters. No obstacle was too great not to be moved. When I was ready to throw in the towel, Michelle was always there with a Plan B, C and D. There were times I’m sure when it must have felt like she was spending 80% of her time just on us. Thank you Michelle.
I’d also like to thank Gerry for her excellent negotiating skills and a special shout-out to Abby who, although not directly involved in our sale, always seemed to have a handle on what was going on, was unfailingly friendly and welcoming on the phone, and always always always passed on messages and/or got back to us.

Nice experience from start to finish. The process did take a long time, due to other parties but Perry Bishop were great at keeping in contact and touching base throughout.
Move in day was smooth and a nice welcome gift was a great touch.

Perry Bishop recently dealt with a purchase and sale. We have been very happy with the service we received for both.
Particular mention to Helen and Ollie in the Tetbury office who were both friendly and professional and kept us updated.
Jade was great at dealing with the completion of our sale. She was very responsive and efficient at chasing solicitors.
Thank you

Jade Allen was always prompt to reply and helpful with information on the progress of our long chain. She was quicker to help me than my solicitor.
Thanks!

Perry Bishop have been excellent in what became a very protracted sale of our property. Jade especially has been so helpful to both us and our purchasers. She fought tirelessly on our behalf. Simon will give an accurate estimate and all the sales staff are helpful and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Team were very communicative and responsive with information, questions and queries.

Particularly liked the service where the sale is forwarded onto a distinct individual to manage and keep all parties updated to the very end.

The team even provided us with a moving in pack of essential items. Keep up the great work.

Gerry, Abby and Michelle went above and beyond to help us sell a retirement flat that was on the market since covid struck.
Very friendly and professional service. I would happily sell through them again.
