Our founder, William V. Pernik, began his career as a public defender in Tulare County and Monterey County. That experience shaped his understanding of the justice system at its deepest level. I have known William and Roland for some time, but it was not until a family member of mine needed legal help, they were the ones I trusted his life with. The incident occurred in 2021. Roland immediately got on it and he was there from the beginning. The whole process took over three years, which were full of emotions, and the “what ifs”. During the jury trial, Roland’s advocacy and line of questioning was phenomenal. Roland never gave up on this case, he worked very hard. Finally in 2024, he obtained a favorable result.
