Parfym parcel never arrived and they not answer anymore

Why no one has reported this site yet. Scammer and thief. I am sending the feds after them. Never received my order so stupid to trust them without researching them.

On the plus side, I finally received my order of a very hard to find JPG perfume (La Belle Fleur Terrible) for less than half the price of the couple of bottles still available on ebay. Unfortunately it took more than 3 weeks to arrive and despite a few emails to them asking for a progress report I heard nothing until Fedex emailed delivery times - nervewracking to say the least especially after seeing negative reviews here. However, I did get my perfume, it was authentic (although a tester bottle which was not specified on their website) so overall I am very pleased with the outcome - just a shame customer service is so poor.

Son unos estafadores ojalá y yo tuviera la forma de comunicarme con las autoridades de aya, supuestamente me enviaron el pedido y nunca llegó lo contacté y supuestamente todos los meses lo estaban disque enviando y nunca llegó, después de eso ni me responden los correos.

Absolute scam, avoid! Soon after I’ve bought 4 perfumes I have read the reviews, e-mailed them to cancel the order and refund me- no reply . Poor quality Fake perfumes arrived about 6 weeks later.

100% FAKE. Safe your time money!!!!! Do not trust!!!!

Very good perfume quality. Just what I expected. They answered promptly my inquiries concerning the delayed delivery of the product.

I ordered 2 month ago and still Im waiting,no answer no tracking number,they are fake!!!

I order a perfume on 26 of November,
I contacted them three times, at the first days of January . every time i got the same (bot) answer

There were unexpected difficulties at the sorting center which pushed back your order as well as several other orders. Those difficulties are now resolved and your order will be shipped by next week.)
After all they send me an email on January 27th , that they are soorry for my experience and the events happening in Turkey,they send me the tracking number and also a 10% discount as an apology gift 🤣🤣
After all i received the package on February's 7th... The perfume was a cheap replica (fake) worth a lot of money...

Please do not buy from this scammers, better save your money for any other purchase ,and trust your country's prices!

Awful, got scammed, nothing arrived, tried contacting them and they aired my messages , I’ll be taking this further. Someone needs to get this company to close down!

Placed and paid my order on November 17th, 2022., and haven't received a parcel yet. Meanwhile I bought few parfumes in my country, cause above mentioned order will be never delivered. If you want to experience the same, very expensive lesson, do not hesitate to become their client.

Don't believe who gave 5 stars. This company is a scammer. Do yourself a favor buy from your country even if it's more expensive than buy from them "Perfume Duty Free".
I ordered from October,2022 till now I received any thing not even empty box.
They sent me at least 10 messages saying "Sorry you experienced bla bla bla....". The last message they sent me they will send it from Spain. All lies.

Same person name "Deniz Holand" "I'm sure he will change his name" I will update you guys.

I wish Trustpilot has upload attachment for I can upload all the messages between me and "Deniz Holand" for you guys see with your own eyes.

Again run don't order anything not even to check their prices.

Nunca llego el pedido no dan numero de traking ya vamos para el tercer mes solo dan excusas, ultimanete no responden estoy buscando la forma de recuperar lo invertido.

TRUFFATORI! Grandi truffatori attenzione non ordinate dal loro.
Ho ordinato il 17 novembre 2022 e mai arrivato nulla.
Ho fatto numerosi solleciti tra i quali uno attraverso un avvocato americano ma questi hanno sempre risposto con la stessa mail che conteneva un messaggio = dove diceva Che il corriere ci avrebbe contattato la settimana dopo .

Made my order yesterday and when I found out this was a scam website that "sells" fake perfumes I went and asked to cancel the order like 10min after the order was made and they told me that the order was already shipped and in Germany and they can't issue a refund... No tracking number provided. I will be calling my bank for a chargeback and reporting this scam website to the authorities. AVOID!

13 novembre 2022 ho effettuato un ordine da loro sito (numero ordine #123534).
Chanel N°5 EDP 100ML × 1
Coco Chanel Mademoiselle Intense EDP 100ML × 1
A un totale di 145.21 + 27.47 per spedizione veloce tramite corriere DHL.
Dopo pagato ricevuto conferma del ordine effettuato, tra circa una settimana hanno confermato la spedizione e allegato numero per tracciamento.
Oggi siamo a 7 gennaio 2023 e non ho ricevuto ancora nulla, su numero di traccia si puo vedere che il pacco si trova ancora a Centro spedizioni DHL in Turchia. Nonostante avevo mandato tantissime messaggi per avere piu informazioni del posizionamento di mio ordine la loro risposta sempre stessa

Your order had been handed over to carrier and you should receive your tracking code shortly".

A questo punto non credo piu di ricevere ne merce ne soldi.
Vi auguro un buon shopping sicuro e non acquistare mai da questo o un sito simile, meglio scegliere quelle locali Notino Douglas Makeup etc...

Aggiornamento del 2 febbraio 2023.
Oggi finalmente dopo tanti tentativi di contattare assistenza Perfumes Duty Free, DHL e GLS ho ricevuto il mio ordine, dopo 3 mesi di attesa, dopo aver perso speranza di ricevere merce o soldi, ho ricevuto quello ordinato. Il problema e stata da parte di sito Perfumes Duty Free, perché non hanno compilato indirizzo del destinatario giusto. Cosi il corriere non sapeva dove e a chi deve consegnare la merce.
Gli profumi invece originali, n5 e originale nella sua confezione e intense pure originale ma e quello tester per negozi, ma cmq è sempre originale solo senza una bella scatola.
Dopo tutto lascio a loro 3 stelle al posto di una.
Avete tanto da lavorare e migliorare esperienza con spedizioni.
