Order #32302 refund argument?
Order #32302 did not arrive. I never got a refund on this order.

You're assuming that it was a different credit card provider. The only difference between the CC used for the order and any refund attempt months later on the CC was the CC number.
By the time you tried to complete any refund, the original CC card number had been eliminated then replaced with a new number by the same CC provider. They have no record of any refund.
Do you have a record of the refund date? How do I get a refund?

Vito all our orders dated May-August have been inaccessible as our payment processing platform was compromised and we had no access to it ! this is why we were unable to to confirm which orders were sent out to our customers , we managed to refund lots and lots of orders that we were sure they did not receive thier items, the others we cannot refund because we can no longer access the platform so we advised those woe did not get their orders nor did they get refunded to do a chargeback with their ccredit card company, we have since used a very reliable payment processing platform and this issue wiill not get repeated ! hope that helps.

Place is a God damn joke ordered headlights an the have never came. Iv called an emailed no reply order # is 32090. I would give no stares if I could. I would recommend not dealing with them.

I’ve been trying to get back 203.30 back for headlights that never came in it’s been almost a year and the bank didn’t want refund the money because the evidence wasn’t clear.

Avoid these scam artists 100% scammers. No refund and still no running boards so i guess all orders weren’t refunded or sent out !!!

Ordered Fender Flares for my F-150 in August. The flares arrived today, took 2 hours to install and the truck looks much better as it hid the rust. Great experience, No issues. The only drawback is the long wait to receive the product.

Avoid this seller! Customer service is non existent. They would have scammed me for over $600.00 Cdn if not for Visa. I used them because they claim to be Canadian. Shame on them.

US$197.90 was paid by credit card instantly... 166 days and not a peep. They don't answer calls or return messages. Awful way to do business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish negative stars was a rating option.
