About the Founder: Perfect Therapy Inverness was established by Iwona Zimna, a qualified massage therapist and physiotherapy graduate originally from Poland. Having personally experienced the physical and mental challenges of office work during her years as a receptionist, administrator, and estate agent in Inverness, Iwona recognised the widespread impact of workplace stress, tension, and fatigue. Motivated by her passion for the stress-relieving benefits of massage, she founded Perfect Therapy Inverness to provide high-quality, accessible treatments that promote staff wellbeing and help local businesses cultivate healthier, happier workforces. Her commitment to professionalism, compassion, and community involvement shapes every aspect of the business. Why businesses choose Perfect Therapy Inverness for employee wellness: -Team Engagement -Boost morale, focus and productivity with wellbeing experiences your team will genuinely value. -Recruitment & Retention- stand out as an employer who prioritises people. Attract top talent and keep them—by offering meaningful wellbeing benefits. -Health & Wellbeing- create a calmer, healthier working environment. Our therapies help reduce stress, ease muscular tension, and support overall wellness. -Cost-Effective Impact- invest in your people and see the results. From reduced absenteeism to improved performance, workplace massage delivers value beyond the surface. Who is the chair massage suitable for Workers of all ages and mobilities: Sitting at a desk all day – this can lead to limited movement and insufficient exercise, resulting in muscle tension, stiffness in your back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. A massage provides much-needed relief. For those on their feet all day, like retail workers, teachers, etc dealing with tiredness and aching muscles is common. The opportunity to relive the strain, take a break, and simply unwind proves to be incredibly beneficial. In construction/manufacturing, where heavy lifting, operating machinery, and repetitive actions can strain your body, regular on-site massage proves effective in managing and preventing these problems. What is included: Each member of staff will receive: -A choice of desk massage, Indian head massage or seated acupressure chair massage ranging from 10 to 30 minutes -Consultation to tailor the treatment to individual needs -Choice of relaxing music -Relaxing lights (not suitable for desk massage) -Essential oil diffuser to create spa like atmosphere (optional). 10/10
Iwona has a great facility that always leaves me feeling very relaxed. Her massage is tailored to what I need, and a hard sports massage usually does the trick of aligning my legs and back to the anatomically 'correct' position that relieves aches and niggles from a few weeks at the gym. Very happy to recommend Perfect Therapy Inverness - she's the go-to for massages for all our family!

5 star experience at your work place
I couldn’t recommend Iwona more highly! She visits us at work and gives the most incredible massages, it’s like all the stress melts away, and you forget you’re even at your desk. Iwona truly loves what she does and it shows. She takes the time to check in, asking if there are any areas you’d like her to focus on, making sure you feel totally relaxed and looked after.

Iwona came in to our workplace and gave massage sessions to a number of colleagues. She really did put you at ease with her warmth and conversation. Despite being at work she was able to create a calm and relaxing ambience. With little direction she was able to identify quickly areas to hone in on and I left feeling rejuvated. I would highly recommend Iwona she is knowlegeable, kind and very good at what she does.

Wonderful experience with massage
I’ve tried so many masseurs over the years and was always left disappointed. My back is VERY sensitive which Iwona picked up straight away but she just persevered and found a way to deal with it and I’ve now had two seat massages with Iwona and what a difference she’s made. I have near full movement again in my neck and shoulders and she also gave me exercises which really help. Can’t rate Iwona highly enough to anyone considering having a treatment. Thankyou so much Iwona xxx

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience. Iwona came to our workplace for our chair massages. She set everything up making the atmosphere absolutely fitting for the massage that followed. She immediately found all of my aching points and got to work with as much pressure as I was happy with . Highly recommended.
