I find the ordering and collection service fantastic for my needs. Always picked and packed and an email sent within a 2 hours of ordering advising me it’s ready for pick up - I really appreciate this quick turn around.

Love going to Perfectly Pawsome, it’s a candy shop for my dog. They are all so friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable too.

Very knowledgeable on all their products, helped me with advice on my puppy also products suitable for my two older dogs

Always great service from this retailer. So friendly whenever I go in. Great stock of Raw foods to choose from with an excellent delivery service if required.

Fantastic range & very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Great, friendly service as always

Excellent selection of Raw Dog food. Owners are very knowledgeable and caring and keen to listen to customer requirements around food and equipment.
Great service and ability to see live stock on the website means you can be confident what you need is available before travelling.

Absolutely the best. Always reliable, friendly, and with a wide range of products available. Ordering is easy, the local delivery service is quick and convenient, and it's always excellent value for money. I can't recommend them enough.

Stock always available and so much to choose from. Friendly service with so much great advise and knowledge.
Highly recommend.

Superb service from this shop. Great choice of raw food for our Mallamute X shepherd. Thank you

I bought a collar that was too large and had to return it. Whilst the website states you should ring the company and they will provide a returns label this is not the case. Tracked postage cost me over £6 which was a third of the cost of the collar. Whilst I have no other complaints about the service, their returns policy is a dealbreaker.

I absolutely love this pet health food store! Their selection of high-quality, nutritious products is second to none. Every time I visit, I'm greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff who go out of their way to ensure I find exactly what I need for my furry friend. Their knowledge about pet nutrition is impressive, and they always provide excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to give their pets the best nutrition and care. 5 out of 5 dog paws!🐾

Great customer service in store and over the phone.
Reasonable prices.
Had exactly what we needed to help our dog's health improve.
Overall no reason not to give 5 stars :)

We've been shopping with Perfectly Pawsome for almost a year. The shop is full to the brim with everything you could want for feeding, playing and training your dog (and cat!). Sian and Jamie are super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Sian always has a treat for your four-legged companion too!

First time ordering, will definitely order again. Great price and great delivery/customer service.

Excellent selection of foods and treats. Great service, and ordering online to collect later is fab!!!

Always 5* service

Very friendly and knowledgeable. All products are well researched and healthy. Takes away any stress that your pet is being looked after to the highest level.

Perfectly Pawsome was recommended to me by my puppy class trainer. So I paid a visit to their store. A lovely bright shop full of lovely natural dog foods and treats. Staff are knowledgable and really helpful. I took advantage of delivery to my home with my last order and couldn’t be more pleased. Most definitely would recommend a visit. 🐾
