PerfectDomain Omdömen

As a domain name trader, I've had experience with various online domain marketplaces and auctions. A few things set PerfectDomain.com above the competition, in my view.

First and foremost, the superb level of personalized support. With the more "corporate" domain marketplaces out there, you expect to wait many hours -- or even several days(!) -- for a customer service agent to deal with your query.

Moreover, at the highly "corporate" sites, don't expect to deal with the same customer service agent from one day to the next.

PerfectDomain couldn't be more different. My issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The customer support goes "above and beyond", in my opinion. What a refreshing change!

Second, the site itself is exceptionally easy to navigate. Compared to rival sites, the PerfectDomain interface is not only rather attractive, but also notably "clean" looking -- i.e. without the unnecessary clutter one sees at some other online marketplaces.

Finally, I'd just like to highlight the very low (by industry standards) commission rates on sales. As far as I know, there are very few -- if any -- other domain trading websites that levy such a low commission on sales.

In sum, I recommend that anyone in the market to buy or sell a great domain name give PerfectDomain.com a try. What have you got to lose? I honestly believe you'll be delighted at the array of small (but significant!) differences from the industry "norm".

Great customer service. They attended to my concern quickly and got it resolved.

All went well and fast. Quick response.

This was a great experience I bought a domain for my company that I wanted for a very long time. Everyone was very efficient at transferring it over.

The process was very easy. Darryl thank you for your service. Perfectdomain.com even gives their clients a payment plan option. I can even start using my domain right away. Thanks again.

This was a great experience. I waiting a longtime until I saved enough to purchase a domain I wanted for my business and purchased it. They started to transfer process and everything went very smooth. Great experience!

Really professional, easy to work with and extremely quick for my needs.

Got a domain I always wanted and they helped make the deal happen.

Feel comfortable acquiring domains with this service. I am very happy.

Great customer service! They helped answer all questions and made the domain purchase experience very easy.

I have been buying premium domains for over 10 years. I placed a fair offer on a domain name, rather than negotiating my bid, they decided to condescendingly refer me to a domain name that cost $10.00. They have ignored my last two emails and shown absolutely no customer service whatsoever. AVOID and use a more trustworthy supplier.

Professional and uncomplicated. 100% Correct

Your communication systems are excellent.

I can't say enough about the excellent service that I received from PerfectDomain.com and from the people who manage and run it. I expected it to be tedious, but they made my purchase and transfer real easy. Almost effortless on my part. Response time to my inquiries was quick and professional. My lack of knowledge about certain terms was met with a lot of patience and I was able to start using my domain almost immediately.

The team was very supportive in getting our funds back, after we decided not to move forward with an initial assignment. Very thankful for the flexible help, really appreciate it!
