A great service
A great service, simple app and good prices.
What really makes it special is the customer service. Issues are sometimes unavoidable, the one time I did have an issue, it was resolved straight away. Perfect.

Delivery woes and missing items

I did manage to find an email in my junk folder after a phone call from the company. Missing item refunded as there was a problem with the warehouse picking items... changed the review to 3 stars instead of one.

Parcel wasnt delivered... had to head to parcel depot... who had initially lost it.
When I opened it found there was an item missing and emailed support for assistance... its been 2 weeks and no answer. Would not use again.

The Monastrell syrah at that price…
The Monastrell syrah at that price point was excellent value unfortunately that can’t be said about the barbera d alba which was lacking in flavour and was £6 a bottle more!! Delivered on time for free which is always a plus.

A fine first impression
I sampled the Fierce III Shiraz 2023 and thought it thoroughly enjoyable. Subtle and approachable with red fruit on the palate and a good finish. Very pleased. Might keep some for a decent period for comparison.

My first order from Perfect Cellar
My first order from Perfect Cellar, and it won't be the last. The wines arrived the following day and were very well packed. I ordered a case of Orin Swift's L'Usine Pinot Noir 2019 - which is increasingly hard to find - and they were in perfect order. The wines were great value, and I like the fact that I've got 3% cashback too. All in all, a great experience.

Thank you for the feedback and for talking to us. As discussed, the house name was missing in the address and Parcelforce could not locate the house. By the time it was provided, Parcelforce had already started the process of returning the wine to us. They failed to communicate with either of us it was escalated. We are delighted you have now received the wines as promised.
