Perfect Cellar Omdömen

Great choice of wines and fast delivery. Have already made my second order.

Great communication all the way through to the very fast delivery.

Had a query reference to an order.
The whole process was dealt with by the most amazing team.
Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
Very merry Christmas to all.

I had a small issue with 1 out of the 4 bottles of red wine i ordered being wrong. But I had a quick response to my email and the problem was solved quickly.
So overall I'm happy 😊

Easy to order. Delivered very quickly and excellently packed to ensure safe delivery.

Bought a bottle of Orin Swift Mercury Head and it was the best price I could find anywhere. Swiftly dispatched and easy to track.
I would definitely buy from them again.

Prompt delivery of the wine I ordered for Christmas. We haven't tasted it yet , so cannot comment on the quality but I have tried the wine before and I'm looking forward to opening it. I was kept informed about the order too. Which is much appreciated. Would buy from Perfect Cellar again

Good communication prior to purchasing and I knew the packaging (fine wines advent calendar) was going to come across cheap (pouches inside cardboard boxes) but I'd been assured that this was to keep the cost down (still £199 for 24 x 100ml!) and that it wouldn't affect the quality of the wines. Maybe it didn't, but we're 10/24 in so far and none of them have been anything special. Unless there are some absolute bangers coming in the next 2 weeks I feel like the advent calendar (or rather the wines it contains) lacks variety and is massively overpriced.

Quick delivery! Tracking delivery was simple!

Website easy to navigate. Straightforward when ordering and paying. Delivered in few days in great packaging. Would definitely use again. Thanks.

Good wine prompt service

Very well packed, quick delivery. Excellent wine

Great wines at a very reasonable price, delivered very promptly and very well packaged.

As usual: clear and easy website ordering process, speedy delivery, excellent packaging, and fair pricing. Also I owe Chateau Moulin de la Rose an apology. I bought some bottles of the 2013 vintage earlier this year, tried one, and felt that - allowing for that year's weather conditions being notoriously difficult - it didn't justify its supposed reputation (or, really, price). I tried the next bottle a few weeks ago, and - allowing for the way individual bottles can vary - I realised I'd been quite wrong. It's maybe not the best, but it's still very good - genuine St Julien quality. And if you leave it in the glass for a properly long time before drinking (an hour or so, I discovered), that made all the difference. So this time I'm happy to have ordered some more! Next time you're in touch with the Chateau, please feel free to let them know.

The advent calendar is excellent, day 4 and all the wines are great, I would buy them. Good portion size too.

Ordered Advent calendars in September, delivered last week of November. Some more communication on likely delivery dates would have alleviated anxiety around mid-November. Well-packaged, good selection of reasonable quality wines at reasonable cost.
