I am very disappointed with this product. I purchased this “perfect case” based on the advertisement claiming that it is unbreakable and highly durable. However, within just 20 days of normal use, the case has been damaged.

The front glass of the case broke when my phone accidentally fell from a height of only about 2 feet. This clearly shows that the product does not meet the quality or durability standards as advertised.

This is misleading and not acceptable. I request the company to take responsibility and provide a replacement or refund for this defective product.

I do not recommend this product to others unless the quality is improved And not good as per Advertisement

Does not provide support, no revert on mails too

They are fraud 420 company they supplied me wrong product & now they don't reply to emails. I have filed a complain with National Consumer Helpline line one this for sure will drag them to consumer court if matter is not solved. No one has taken action against them that is the reason they are not bothered.

ordered the gold colour mobile cover for iPhone 17 Pro Max from your website. However, I have received a duplicate / fake product, which is completely different from what was advertised on your site.
The product was delivered via Blue Dart courier, but the item received is not original and is of very poor quality. This clearly indicates that the product supplied is fake.
I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times, but there has been no response from your side. This behavior is highly unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable.
I strongly advise other customers not to purchase products from this website, as it appears to be a fake site selling duplicate products with no after-sales support.
If this issue is not resolved immediately with a proper replacement or refund, I will be forced to raise a formal complaint on consumer forums and social media platforms.

Order no 1065011. I ordered a skull hollow case for my s22 ultra but received a very very cheap generic transparent case. I tried calling their customer care but no response... i emailed them with video proof and pics but they never replied. Totally fraud behaviour.

Pripaid Order number 1074021 dt. 29 sep.2025 not received after 13 days . It's a fruad one, traking shows that I refused delivery & it hapens several time, is it possible in prepaid order ?.traking record shows out for delivery at 9:20am and at 9:21am customer refused delivery. In real no one has come for delivery or not any agent has call me. Yes and one thing ,after some mail in 5th delivery atempt traking shows address is not correct. My question is if address in correct how I refused in previous 4 delivery. These means perfect case.in is a fraud one.

I received Galaxy Z Fold 7 case it's genuinely value for money.

As soon as I recd my S25 ultra case order I'd 1072580 .I checked and the case does not work for fingerprint sensor unlocking. So it is useless. I wrote to their what's app number and email support immediately. They responded and apologized.. after that no response from them to refund my money or not giving me the address to courier the return product . Email and what's app messages screenshot can be provided to prove I am telling the truth .

I paid total 418 amount but my delivery is not complete yet I ordered in August and September has going to end total fraud @flexcases

DO NOT BUY FROM “Perfect Case” – It’s a scam disguised as a brand.
I ordered a premium-looking black & grey velvet iPhone case worth ₹990. What I received instead was an ugly, cheap white-and-black knockoff that looks NOTHING like the product image. The finish? Plastic garbage. The quality? Worse than local roadside stuff.

I raised a complaint immediately — and guess what?
They sent one robotic email saying “we’ll contact you soon”… and vanished.
No refund. No replacement. No apology. Just complete silence.
They’ve been ghosting my emails for MONTHS.

This is clear online fraud. They show you one thing and deliver pure trash.
You’re better off burning your money — at least you’ll feel some warmth.
I’ve already reported them to the Consumer Helpline of India and cybercrime.gov.in, and will keep sharing this until others are warned.

Perfect Case = Perfect Scam.
Save your money, avoid the headache. These people don’t deserve your trust or your ₹1.

Totally Fraud Company Dont Buy Any Product. Sent a Wrong Case now its been 23 days still not sent me a correct one.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUD ORGANIZATION.

have done that email thing with help ID and received an email too. Please take action on time as it is completely a case of wrong product delivery.
And as it is your fault you should not impose 20% return charges.
Still I will be more than happy to get my return with or without it. Anyhow this is going to be my last deal and I just want to get over with it.
