Perfect Rolex 

I wish that zero stars were an option. I will be following the other gentlemen’s instructions as reporting them as fraud. For over two months I have been in communication with their WhatsApp number and I go in circles with them daily.i ordered two watches. Both stopped working less than a year later. According to them they have a year warranty. Not true. They ask you for your order number and never ever provide shipping. yet they tell you it’s a priority and they’re on it. Never do they come through. Total and complete scam. Look above or below to find out where to report these people in the other gentleman’s review. I’m doing that as we speak.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from these people. I made order #PRXIO82841. I waited the time stated and never got an email saying my item has been shipped.
I sent an email and Cindy Marquez (probably a fake name) replied to me with a bogus tracking number.
I felt that the tracking number was bogus. So I called the post office to verify the destination. Wouldn’t you know …I was right.

I’m going to file a criminal complaint against them for Consumer Fraud, using their email address and that name, Cindy Marquez. The phone number they gave is bogus as well.
I’m also going to file a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission for consumer fraud and deception. They never intended to ship my order and that’s evident in the bogus tracking number.
I wouldn’t dare even think they’d give me a refund if I requested it because that’s a bogus process.
These reviews stating that people received their items are FAKE.
DO NOT order ANYTHING from these people. They have NO PRODUCTS. Those are pictures used to get you to send them their money. Please contact the FTC, federal trade commission who has the ability to work with international police if necessary. Also file a criminal complaint with your local consumer fraud division so that your local authorities can send out an alert to the public NOT to send these people their money.

Best of Luck getting your money back. There is not ONE person who got any product from these people. Those comments on here are just as bogus as the tracking number and the alleged refund they gave me.

Customer service stops responding. Watch falls apart after literally 1 week of wearing it. No help on a replacement, been emailing with no reply. Phone number to call them doesn’t work either.

This was my 2nd purchase this year. I had such a great experience last time I knew I would purchase another for my wife.

The quality of the watch is very good. My wife receives compliments on it all the time.

I recently recommended the company to a vendor I work with and he’s going to purchase one for himself when I showed him the one I just received.

Overall I would say the experience and customer service were on point.

Initially I was very leery about purchasing a replica from this site, due to receiving poor quality items, in the past, with no recourse.

I also want to let everyone know that their timepieces are above and beyond. I actually have 2 authentic Rolex watches, but the funny thing is. I have ordered 3 watches; two for myself and one for a friend. Initially, the word "Rolex" was blurry for one of the watches in the background. So I contacted the company and they provided a replacement. Additionally, anytime I have questions they are extremely helpful in providing answers. I will definitely order #4 soon!
