Moving from one country to another is so difficult, especially when I moved from India to Germany. It's been very useful! My wife and I just relocated to the US and they solved any doubts we had related to administrative procedures, banking, lease documents, bills, etc. Their local knowledge and activity recommendations were always on point too. Special thanks to Franzi (and Nadja) for helping with my apartment hunt in Berlin. They definitely helped to smooth things over and make communication easier with property agents / landlords. Without them i would not be in possession of apartment keys. They helped to manage timeline , expectations, applications, co-ordinations with property agents. They have insight into Berlin as a city so can help give impressions. I really appreciated the teams directness too, when something was not in the best light they were direct enough to share thoughts (in a polite way) without finding them just sitting on the fence, which i really appreciated. They will not magically find you apartments ( still bound by levels of luck in this city - ask anyone and seems everyone goes through this journey) but they do have experience and a process, which is better than could be said for someone new to the city.
