Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you were happy with our postage and service.
We’re sorry that some aspects of your experience left you with concerns. Our products are independently verified in Australia, with verification available through the independent laboratory’s website, and we take their quality very seriously. We also appreciated the opportunity to clarify that we are an independently operated Australian business, separate from the other company you asked us about.
Regarding the international card fee, this was an issue we had only recently become aware of and were already working to resolve. We have since introduced a standard discount to help offset this fee, which is clearly shown at checkout.
We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps to address the concerns raised. You’re always very welcome to contact us if there’s anything further we can clarify.
Amazing service
Amazing service, The Peptide just feel different to what i use to take as in stength wise, but maybe i was going to strong on the previous does.
I will be back though, and I cant express how amazing the staff have been
