Smooth transition

Missing customer service.
My insurance went uo 60 days into the policy and I called to find out why. I was told three different times customer service would call me back within two business days. Here we are 60 days later and still waiting for a call.

My experience with People's Trust has been great.I bought an older house in Florida and was finding it difficult to fing insurance .Peoples gave me a good policy at a good price .Their inspection process was no trouble and I appreciate the storm updates they send to my email. I was given a bill and 4 months later a additional charge
I was given a quote and then sent all documents that were needed for pricing and 4 months later I get a bill stating that my insurance is $500 more than the bill they sent me and was paid by mortgage company then I spoke with several people and no o e would help me and a manager said they would get back to me regarding my proof of pricing and she never got back to me I will be shopping for new insurance when my renewal comes due worst customer service I have ever dealt with
