Nothing to review.. like most insurance companies you don’t know how they are until you put in a claim in and see how they operate. Unfortunately there are no claims at this time.

I spoke with an Agent who answered my question regarding an invoice for over $500 that I couldn't understand. He explained it in detail in a way that I understood and could resolve. Thank you.

We started with Peoples last fall. So far our experience has been pretty good. We did receive one bill that our agent told us was a result of crossed wires, and we should ignore, so that only issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the price. The agency and the inspector have been pleasant to work with. We hope we don’t need to call on them, but expect they will be there if we do.

Too many letters sent to me that I did not have insurance I ended up paying it more than once before you guys got it right and so finally sent me a policy and a my refund was like a left-handed know ing what the right hand was doing ang the right hand doesn’t know what their right foot was doing

I feel better communication when signing on new customers is important. Also explained when refunding or charging more money for policy would be helpful. They do offer good policies with many levels of coverage which is good.

Upon finalizing my insurance policy, I spoke to a lady on the phone that was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful in exactly what I needed for my home. I wish I could remember her name for this but I don't.

Raised my insurance cost by 65%, without notifying my agent. Consequently my mortgage payment was not made in full and late pay penalty applied. Not cool.

I was looking in the internet for better homeowners insurance since my existing company kept going higher every year. My payments now are so significant lower then the other company. Everything was easy through email and they made sure the mortgage got the new policy. I recommended to my sister. She also a member. I told my good friend also.
