Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. It brings us joy to learn that you are pleased with the excellent quality of the flashlight keychains you received, which serve their intended purpose well. We look forward to working with you again soon.
I've purchased over 10,000 of these keychain flashlights over the past few years, most from Pens.com, for 2 of our companies. They are a good value, but Pens will only print a logo or 3 lines of copy, while other vendors will print up to 5 lines of ad copy on their flashlights. Too bad we can't make them in the USA at a reasonable price. I hate paying the tariff Pens charges.

Many of the lights got turned on during shipping as there were no protective covers installed and as a result the batteries are dead

I have been using this exact product for many years. Our clients stop by to get more flashlights and pens when theirs wear out. This has been and I believe will continue to be a very good product for us to give-out to our client's and prospects.
