The backpack made by Pens Company was very well done, and the logo looked clean and sharp. The material and overall quality of the backpack were very fair for the price. Shipping was fast, and paying the invoice online was simple and convenient. I also had to contact customer service, and they were very polite, responsive, and efficient.
