The logos are printed off center (see photo), and the ink for the stamped logo has slight smudging to it. The cups just look cheap. They're also much smaller than we envisioned from the photos. We're disappointed and won't be sending them to clients as thank you gifts as expected.

This mug was of great quality, but it arrived without our logo on it. It was blank. It was intended to be a promotional product and arrived without any marketing.

Love these mugs. Our logo looked great. A couple were crooked and the company just reimbursed us for the error. Would definitely buy more. Process was easy and customer service was great.

These mugs are pretty, but they do have some quality issues with the paint. Sadly they say they are microwave safe on their website but the stickers on the bottom say they are not. It was confirmed by pens.com that they are not, and its been close to 2 weeks of trying to resolve this. I do have to say my account manager, Michael, was great. It was when I needed customer service help that it was a struggle.

Almost all the handles came broken some chipped, and some broke with minimal handling. Very embarrassing to happen at a work event!
