Great assistance :)
So far, I find Penpee amazing. Especially when I'm struggling with uploading my story, Penpee Support has been very attentive and helpful to my needs and thus my story was successfully uploaded.

The customer service is poor
The customer service is poor, the website doesn't work properly, and I'm unable to unsubscribe. When I emailed in to ask to be removed from their subscription, I was told to log in and do it myself. This isn't possible because when I log in the site hangs, and if I try to get my password reset the site errors:-

Very bad website/platform
It requires lots of personal data about you, which I would rather not give out, but it is mandatory. System is complicated and takes a long time to learn. Costumer service can be slow, and is often rude and brisk, with sometimes unreadable, bad grammar. You must upload a picture of yourself to use the site at all, and avatars cannot be accepted, which is bad news for people who don't want everyone on the internet knowing what their face looks like. I would not recommend this site, even though it is the only one of its kind.

Doesn’t work
It’s so hard to become a member. There’s something wrong on the site. I can’t read any stories. When I tried to log in it always says I’m already logged in, but I can’t do anything on it. Its been three days. Waste of time.
