As mentioned Trustpilot removed my first review but keeps emailing me to review Pemlosa. Ridiculous, I would not get involved again!

Avoid this Seller – Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest
I purchased a controller from this seller, which arrived in poor condition. After returning it, the seller falsely accused me of fraud in an attempt to avoid issuing a refund. The seller was extremely difficult to deal with throughout the entire process.
After losing the case on Amazon, Pemlosa escalated the situation by falsely reporting me to Action Fraud UK—a complete misuse of the system and a waste of police time, as this is clearly a civil matter. Furthermore, the seller is now refusing to provide a full refund, even though their own terms clearly state they are required to do so.
Save yourself the headache and avoid Pemlosa at all costs. This seller abuses their position, disregards their own policies, and refuses to honor legitimate refunds. Shocking level of customer service.
An update 03/10/2024
I received a threatening letter from the seller, which I consider harassment and an invasion of my privacy. Asking me to take down this review or they will take legal action.
I encourage any further communication to occur through the Amazon platform. I will escalate this issue with Amazon if necessary.

The buyer placed an order for a high-value controller through Amazon Marketplace. Upon receipt, they raised various claims directly with Amazon, such as "the controller is refurbished/used" and "the controller looks fine but it is broken". We approached them to provide more information on multiple occasions to be met with uncooperative responses.
Despite issuing a return label, the buyer was incredibly evasive and insistent on obtaining a full refund directly from Amazon. When it was clear that Amazon would not cede to this buyers claims, they finally returned the item to us. The item returned was still in its original packaging that we had sent it out in and still had the manufacturers security seal in place. This means that the buyers claims about the item were completely false.
As the item was brand new and sealed, we issued a full refund right away to this buyer and followed our duty to all businesses in the UK by reporting them to Action Fraud UK. The reviewer still refuses to explain their behaviour. Our subsequent letters were in response to the defamation campaign this user embarked on - posting multiple negative reviews for our business under different aliases.
We care deeply about our genuine customers and will not hesitate to protect ourselves from attempts to commit fraud or tarnish the reputation of our business.

Zero after care or understanding & flat out called me a liar after they twisted the situation to suit them & not the customer!
They even ignored the sales & goods act & should be ashamed of how they treat customers.
