Engaged a total of 3 different companies - Hong Kong K&T Easy Tour, Amazing Shanghai Trip, Shanghai Advisor Tour - across 6 different services (2 x airport transfer and 4 tours). Overall great coordination and timeliness in the follow-ups and even when tweaks have to be made.

Phuket Airport Fast Track - It's a service provided by Coral which is cheaper to book direct with than on Pelago but... whatev.
It's NOT actually a great company, they just have a monopoly over this specific service so it's not like someone other than Coral will provide it. This time the service went off without a hitch but other times, the reps are a no-show, or they can barely speak English, etc. It's best when they send their Filipino interns - they are welcoming and efficient. Not a fan of their Thai staff, sometimes so dour faced and only have very basic language proficiency for a job that requires higher level English.

Singtel eSIM activated yet refused to…
Singtel eSIM activated yet refused to connect to the network. To ask intents it was active on my iPhone and no error messages. Yet the eSIM simply would not connect to any network whatsoever.
Singtel online support as much use as a chocolate tea pot! Totally unhelpful and offered no suggestions let alone a solution
Therefore a completely wasted purchase, money

Great app so you can work out what to do
The app is easy to use and find your bookings. You receive discounts when you book multiple tours which is a saving.
Easy to use your points to pay for tours as well.

Do not Buy this pass unless you travel within this month. Pelago Pass Singapore pass is waste of money. They calculate first redeam date as first boing date. but if we book early, lets say 2 months, some tikests can not able to redeam e tikets and they ask us to use Pelago Pass QR it self for those. but when you go to location after 2 months, those Pelago Pass QR are expired. Hilarious
So form 6 Attractions you can only use 3. Hilarious. 3 wated due to unable to redeam
