The customer support is poor, i didn’t find any phone number on the website, i only found an email, and nobody answered to my 3 emails
I ordered from the Netherlands and i have no way to track my order since it is not with the British company anymore
Price are still very nice

Every time I purchase something there is a additional gift sent along with it for free. Never had such service.

Not happy - POOR SERVICE
Not happy. I placed an order for some Pre-workout on Tuesday 27th October, and have not yet received my product or a refund. There was an issue with the delivery address so they asked for more information and requested a picture of the front of my card showing the last 4 digits of my card. They said "Please send this at your earliest convenience. If we do not receive it within 48 hours we will deem this order void and cancel the order."
I did not feel comfortable sending a picture of my debit card regardless of information shown, it didn't seem right and i've never had to do that with any other company before.Thus, i asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund be issues.
Since that email, I have heard nothing. I have sent 3 separate emails asking for a refund and have heard absolutely nothing in return, not have I been issues a refund.
I am disappointed with the service in general and won't be using their website again!

We were informed by our web host ( shopify ) to request the information we requested, and we only asked as your details were flagged up on our fraud system. For purposes of security we have to ask for certain information, but we understand you felt uncomfortable.
Please email us at info@pegasusnation.com if you still have not been refunded as we received no emails and we are very prompt with replying to customers and queries.
