pegasus STATES it will finance bad credit GUARANTEED this is not true my wide and i are disabled and low and be hold i was declined so false advertisement worthless waste of space

Contacted Pegasus on Friday as had been let down by a finance provider who had decided they didn’t wish to lend to a dealer who wasn’t a limited company.

Matt called me back very quickly. I explained the situation and he told me that Pegasus’s lenders wouldn’t have the same problem, but no guarantee they could help as would need to go through all the usual lending criteria etc.

A lady left me a message on Monday after she had the responses from the lenders. When I called her back I was told they had been unable to find me a lender, but very little more information was given - something around the dealership.

This was obviously bad news which was fine, however they attempted to put me to another lender who could offer me secured or unsecured loans, which when I googled appeared to have eye-wateringly rates. When I was discussing this with the lady she began simply talking over the top of me, and when I asked if she could not speak when I’m trying to speak she couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough.

I’m sure Pegasus help lots of people, and I understand they couldn’t help me, however cutting people off mid-sentence and speaking over them is plain rude.
