I recently purchased a shampoo from Peeynner because they were running a “buy one, get one free” promotion. I paid £34 expecting to receive two items, but only one was delivered.

Since receiving the order, I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service team. Each time, I’m asked to provide proof that I ordered the promotional offer, even though I’ve already sent screenshots and evidence multiple times. It’s frustrating that they can’t verify this themselves based on the order and payment details. Every response seems to come from a different person, and I’ve had to repeat myself over and over again with no resolution.

At this point, I’ve given up trying to resolve the issue. The whole experience feels dishonest and poorly handled. Charging customers for a promotion and then failing to fulfil it, while making them jump through hoops repeatedly, is unacceptable.

If there was an option to give 0*, I would at this point as 1* is very generous! Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company. It feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others not to waste their money or fall for similar offers.

Ordered the glasses from them. They arrived fast enough but are totally useless in fact I can’t see better with no glasses on. When I emailed them about returning them i got a message in Chinese. Total scammer company. Avoid them

This is the absolute biggest rip off I’ve ever purchased. Once my slingshot finally arrived. It had already been opened and used. I had none of the pellets. The arrows were missing half the rubber bands or what not we’re gone no instructions. I reached out several times with no response filed a dispute with Venmo. They told me that they refuse because the seller said I need to get a professional opinion that states it’s not right what the hell is a professional opinion for a slingshot that you purchased?

Big disappointment, false advertising, plastic rubbish. DO NOT BUY

Very poor products and I cannot return them. Avoid! I had no idea that this was a malicious scammer and I should’ve checked before.

I would like to get a refund on my money because I didn't get it I even spoke with my postman they didn't remember delivering anything to me so they stole my $51 they are a rip off

Ordered a slingshot with scope, received something entirely differant ..A box of parts no instructions and came with 2 darts and a scope and couple pieces string,nothing else to it, just rubbish not what I purchased ,discusting service ,want refund ,they don’t reply ,they don’t care, no customer service at all,Buyer BEWARE,,stay away from this company weeks and weeks gone by and they don’t CARE AT ALL….STAY AWAY PEOPLE SCAMMERS….l

Ordered some glasses, arrived promptly but the product was absolutely rubbish everything was a blur. Emailed asking for return address and money back ,no reply

It couldn't deliver on the order of a slingshot witch hasn't arrived yet.just like most of the reviews I have see on trustpilot scam they should be shut down asap

reply to my email non delivery of order reply came in chineese which i couldnt understand. second emailrequesting english version also chineese.not very helpful ,wont deal with them again.probaly lost my money .SCAMMERS

Completely false advertising. Purchased a sling shot gun with laser and scope and the product was nothing like the add stated. No scope, no instructions to put it together, no way of connecting the rubber bands. A complete fabrication and theft. Scam company.

I have ordeted and paid for product sevetal weeks ago. So far one email saying product was processed and sent. No tracking#. It is impossible to contact them as their mailbox is full. I won't give up yet but fear a scam. I say avoid at all costs.

It was a week longer than they said it would arrive also I put extra money on the deal to get 2 only 1 came the folding slingshot also there were no instructions to put this together

Be truthful and send product purchased accordingly. Ship as soon as possible. Provide a customer service phone number for contact and problem solving.

Ordered three glasses, threw them away. Total rubbish, unusable, description is a lie.

Ordered their special monocular which was supposed to be night vision infra red and able to use even in the jungle. I paid, even upgraded to two units...what I received were two P.O.S. units that are given away free from timeshare companies after you watch their 4 hour presentation. DON'T...JUST DON'T. Top it off with no ability to reach them and they charge return shipping and a 25% restock fee, so, I basically got probed and not kissed! EFF THIS PLACE!

This company is not legit it is based out of china you cannot send a email because the mail box is full and when they respond it is in Chinese and can't be translated for some reason, this item is suppose to be a slingshot but it is several pieces of metal with no instructions why do UTUBE allow fake companies to advertise bogus items to the public.
