USELESS & PATHETIC

USELESS USELESS!! Cant even deliver a watch on time despite their own quoted time. Rang them and had a another USELESS arrogant woman on the phone who didnt give a care in the world about the delay and said just wait and wait!
Was meant to be a present but numptys cant even deliver on time!!
I will be sending this back as soon as it arrives if it does that is!
Avoid this pathetic company and worthless staff attitudes
Will buy from elsewhere and suggest you do to!

A massive con

A massive con.
I'd had an issue with my Radley smart watch since purchase, I Contacted Radley and they told me to contact this company.
I explained the issue and sent a photo of my proof of purchase clearly showing when the watch was purchased and the type of watch.
After chasing up what I thought was a repair I got a reply offering me 50% off a new watch as mine was out of warranty and they dont fix smart watches - why ask me to send it in when they already know this?
The 50% off made the watches offered more expensive than Argos.
I'll never purchase a Radley watch again or use this company for anything.

Peers Hardy rescued my Rotary

October 2024 I requested a new movement for my gold Rotary watch but after paying £141 to Rotary the same problem continued.
I contacted Peers Hardy recently explaining what happened and they got my watch working again with no extra charges.

Amazing service from Peers Hardy

Amazing service from Peers Hardy. Dropped a Rotary Watch in yesterday for repair. Received a call less than 24 hours later to say it was mended & ready for collection. Couldn’t fault the service we received.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered

I was given a Radley watch for Christmas which didn’t charge or count steps. I sent it to be repaired but it couldn’t. E fixed so was offered a replacement. However they didn’t have my watch in stock so I have to pay almost £70 for the next model up. I received this around February and thought it didn’t seem to be counting my steps correctly but it was hard to be sure. I spent a day in London with my sister, her Garmin watch showed 29000 steps whereas my watch only counted 8000! I sent it back to be checked only to be told that the steps counter is fine and it was because the software hadn’t been updated in a few weeks. The update gives new watch faces etc and should not effect the step counter, which has never worked. I then said I’d test it again at home and complete to a Fitbit. I was told this wouldn’t work as they couldn’t be compared, she said a Fitbit or Garmin would be better. I did say that I understand there will be a discrepancy between watches but not several thousand fewer steps counted by the Radley. She insisted that yes this is correct. So the upshot is, even though the Radley was purchase to count steps, I Holland expect that because it’s an entry level cheap watch, even though it was over £100. The last I spoke to is ride and condescending and I would avoid this company at all costs. If you have a faulty watch don’t bother with the warranty just return for a refund.

This company is useless!

This company is useless!
I have a Radley watch which is not recording bpm. I have notified Peers Hardy 3 times, to get the same generic response - “ We are currently experiencing high volumes of emails, and our response times are longer than normal.

We kindly ask that you await a reply from our dedicated customer support team who will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible.”

Yeah, right!!!!!!

Feel Ive got to review this company has Ive had a couple of small problems with my Reflex Active Watch, and every time Ive phoned there customer service they have helped me and sorted out the problems straightaway, and even replacing my faulty Watch

awful company to deal with my 9 year…

awful company to deal with my 9 year old daughters watch broke because of poor design so contacted them through email regarding support for this product i included photos of the design flaw along with all the relevant information they would need to sort it out but have heard nothing back in the past month so called them directly and they told me to go back to the retailer even though they no longer stock this item they also told me that the item is discontinued so no chance of a replacement. they are being very awkward about dealing with anything and was told that the reason why they haven responded to my email is because they have a backlog of over 1300 emails to go through. not happy at all with this company
