I was skeptical, but wow it's a good product! So far so good 1 month in. I would recommend reading up on this process as much as possible though, there's a lot of different advice from different outlets.

Responsive support is non existent despite the misleading website claim. Lower cost and perfectly good models exist elsewhere and with much better support.

My son's surgeon recommended Pectus Healing as an alternative to surgery. We're so glad we decided to purchase a vacuum bell. He's only been using it for a month, but so far he's very pleased with the device and the temporary results. Although his surgeon had sized him for a vacuum bell, we submitted photos and measurements for the model fitting, and I'm so glad we did. Pectus Healing recommended a larger size than his surgeon, and it fits perfectly. We also ordered the smart pump - it arrived separately since the pump ships from a different location. Both the vacuum bell and the smart pump are well made and work great! If you are thinking about purchasing a vacuum bell from this company, you won't be disappointed. Just make sure to do the model fitting to ensure that you order the correct size. It's super comfortable after you get used to it - my son has been able to use it while doing homework, reading, watching movies, and playing videogames. His PE is already showing signs of improvement, which is temporary for now, but we hope will become permanent with continued use over the next 1-2 years.

Didn’t get my vacuum pump paid five hundred dollars

Never received the digital pump I paid $100 for

Superb customer service, prompt and fast responses. The pistole style pump isn't useable, because of the pressure gauge. This type of pressure gauge doesn't measure such little vacuum. I bought a digital vacuum gauge, it works very well. I don't recommend this type of pump.

Goede en snelle service! Hele goede communicatie! Niets op aan te merken! Gewoon goed. Zij hebben me zelfs geholpen om het zo goedkoop en snel mogelijk te laten verlopen door me op wat zaken te wijzen bij eigen keuzes van de bezorging!

When I finally received the vacuum bell, after weeks of writing, back and forth. There are usually weeks of waiting for an answer from this company. The pump was defect and therefore the vacuum bell itself useless. Wrote an email and this time they answered, that they would ship a new pump, with shipping info. 6 weeks later, no shipping info or bell, for that matter. They are not answering their emails. So to you, their potentially customers, stay away from this company. 400 dollars for a vacuum bell, but no pump to get any suction. Waste of money. Pectus excavatum is a serious condition. How can anyone scam patients like this?

0 is how many stars I give! I ordered a device months ago for my child. I received a defective device that will not stay suctioned to the chest. I reached out numerous times and provided a video that they requested. They agreed the item was defective. I requested a refund and have heard nothing back from their company in over three weeks despite several attempts to reach them! They will not respond to any emails. I would not purchase from their company. Complete waste of money and time!

I purchased a device that ultimately didn’t fit, and unfortunately, the company has refused to accept returns or issue a refund. As a result, I feel like I wasted an entire paycheck on a product I can't use. I sent multiple videos and photos to the company in hopes of getting assistance with proper placement, but each time, they claimed we were simply applying it incorrectly, and they were unable to view the videos. Despite following their instructions exactly, the device was still too large for my daughter's chest, especially given the severity of her pectus excavatum. It’s been a frustrating experience with no resolution.

When I received product it had absolutely no instructions/information on how to use it. I had to bring it in to my daughter’s surgeon to show me how to use it. The surgeon even said he couldn’t believe it didn’t come with instructions on how to use the pump.

Best vacuum bell you can find on the market! Super recommended!

I felt really insecure about my pectus, but with the help the their vacum bell and gym training I've finally reached a point in which I feel great. I especially enjoyed their support choosing which VB would suit me best.

they need custom made bells for induvidual pectus, but other than that. Pectus healing makes the best vaccum bells. highest standard. and delivery does not take to long
