Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I don't believe you reached out to let us know you didn't receive the correct wine, but if we missed an email I apologise. If you could please email us with your order number we would be more than happy to look into the issue for you and try and rectify it.

Turned out that they didn't have the wine i had ordered due to demand, so they texted me to keep me in the loop and sent me similar "upgraded" replacement bottles which were delicious!
