LACK OF COMMUNICATION

My experience with this company was disastrous from the start.Lack of communication from the word go! Waiting for over 2 years .
Rude Directors who told me to not to call too frequently despite never speaking to them for over 3 months with absolutely no update on my motor claim whatsoever. No calls ever returned despite promises.So after having called them yesterday asking for an update on my cases coincidently I was forwarded an e mail from the ombudsman (not dated) ,through Pearson Locke saying that they (Ombudsman) had reached a decision . 2 cases lost out of 2 so far with another pending- despite being told at the solicitors from the start that i had a very strong chance of winning.

This company should be avoided at all costs, I really wish I took notice of the reviews before lashing a claim with them, I didn’t and I’ve paid the price. If you want to be kept up to date with your claim “you won’t be” so much so I had to contact the ombudsman myself to tell me my claim was rejected and the time had elapsed for an appeal. They never return your calls and I mean “NEVER” half of their staff left and stole the clients “I wonder why”. I can’t believe this company are allowed to act as legal representatives. Please AVOID !!!

Th is a Scam company

I was called by this company in 2023 that requested to act on my behalf to get my refunds. I gave them 4 companies to claim for me. I kept calling them in between for updates. In 2024 I called them again asking about the update. They informed me they have closed my file because nothing has come back from any company including Vanquis. A week ago Vanquis sent me an email informing me about my refund.
This scam company who had already closed my file was the first one to send them their bank details and then write to me the letter below. They are now also claiming they advised me about the 39% they would get, despite telling me my file was closed.🤔
Below is the letter from them:

Congratulations - Complaint Successfully Resolved
We are pleased to inform you that your complaint has been successfully upheld, and a total redress of £1,548.82 has been confirmed.
Outstanding Debt:
You have an outstanding balance on your account is £744.86. As part of the resolution, this balance will be cleared in full from the redress amount, and your account will be marked as settled and closed with the lender.
Our Fee:
As previously agreed, our fee is 39% plus VAT of the total redress received.
This equates to £724.85 (inclusive of VAT), calculated from the full redress amount of £1,548.82.
Your Payment:
After deducting the outstanding balance and our fee, the remaining balance due to you is £79.11, which will be transferred to your nominated bank account once the funds have cleared into ours.
Thank you again for placing your trust in us to handle your complaint. We are pleased to have achieved a successful outcome on your behalf.

I turned up to work one Monday to find…

I turned up to work one Monday to find the office completely cleared out with no warning. I was never told if I was being let go, if the company was being closed, or anything at all. All attempts to contact the owner Tanveer Yaqoob have gone unanswered. I am still owed wages for the 5 days on work and if I was made redundant, I’d also be due holiday pay. Disrespectful and unprofessional avoid at all costs.

I was a previous employee of 2.5 years

I was a previous employee of 2.5 years. I turned up to work one day to find the office completely cleared out without any warning or redundancy notice. Still haven't been paid my last wages, notice pay or redundancy pay despite contact via email. And now i am being slandered on messages to emails and messages to clients by this firm. If this is how they treat their longest serving staff members then good luck to their clients. AVOID!

2 years later and no outcome

2 years later and no outcome ! Very poor communication and I have to do all the chasing up … just heard today that the person dealing with my case has left, again I had to contact them to find out what was going on..

I was awarded money from vanquis they told me I would have my money in 10 days 4weeks later I’m still waiting and no answer when I have rang them at least25 times a day I think it’s time for me to contact the ombudsman as I cannot get hold of them at all .avoid this company at all costs

Keep well away from this company.It took months to get my payment from Vanquis. Every time I called it was a different excuse.The last time they told me that the person who did the payments was in hospital.Im sorry if someone was in hospital but,surely somebody would take over the payments.Overaĺl this company is a shambles

Constantly emailing to start with once got refund I haven't heard anything still waiting for my payout 7 weeks later. Gonna contact ombudsman and make complaint

DO NOT USE

They are a bunch of cowboys, got an email this morning from "Sarah" who then introduced herself as someone else pretty sure they shouldn't be using colleagues email accounts. Every time I call I keep getting told they will make a note their end NO ONE ACTUALLY DOES WHAT THEY SAY

These people are a con 3 times a day they keep ringing me . They claim do be working on your behalf yet I’ve never authorised anything from them . Please do not use there service or contact them they are a waste to f time

Harassing people

Hi, just to get straight to the point. I've tried to make a gambling claim with you guys, you asked me for some additional information about my finances, which I gave you like creditors names and so on. I've never authorised making any claims against my creditors like Vanquis, Drafty or any other company. I'm still receiving emails from you guys saying that you need my signature to start proceedings with claim. I've never asked you to go after my creditors. Therefore after like 5 conversations that I had with you supervisors and managers I've been told that all claims will be stopped and no further action will be taken. I've been told that my grace period has expired and I will be liable for cancellation fee, which I wasn't aware about, also I don't believe I've send you any documents with my signature on it saying that I've agreed with you proceeding the claim after my creditors. I do understand it would make it easier for you to show gambling company why it wasn't financially affordable for me, but you ARE NOT making any claims on my behalf. Please cancel all claims and stop harassing my with your phone calls and emails. Also I will leave honest review in my opinion about you guys dealing with claims. Not good at all..... I'll wait for your email to see that you acknowledged what I've been trying to let you know for past 3 months.many Thanks

Absolutely awful company stay away they…

Absolutely awful company stay away they were doing my car finance been over a year and was ask for more documents had to be done by deadline which I was told 28feb sent documents on 16th Feb before deadline just been told that the onbesman rejected it as Pearson locke did not send documents before deadline
