On the day bike fit with Nas was generally very good but thereafter the experience was dreadful.

Firstly it took three phone calls/emails to actually get a copy of the bike fit report sent to me over three weeks later. The bike fit report still has blank values for handlebar drop (L) and reach (M) which I fed back twice. Key measurements. Still not received these measurements after asking twice.

Secondly, I was recommended shorter 165mm cranks which I purchased on the day (Ultegra) from Pearson but the receipt I received did not itemise these. I have requested an itemised receipt to which GP replied 'sorry did you buy cranks from us?'. Still no itemised receipt or response to my email reply to GP. It would be useful given the significant problem/warranty issue with Shimano cranks.

Thirdly the post fit follow up. I chased up on this (Pearson do not contact you to arrange a follow up even though it is advertised as part of their fitting service). I have now been offered this but on reflection, given I still have an incomplete bike fit report and no receipt for the cranks I purchased I've lost faith.

I paid Pearson £550 in total for the bike fitting service and their recommended modifications.

Really good price in the sale, and arrived quickly. Well designed jacket. Dropped one star as I could have got an extra £10 off if I’d known there was this offer for new customers coming via email so I would have waited to put my order through with the discount code.
Note - sizing runs small so size up.
UPDATE - Pearsons have very kindly refunded my £10, so I’ve upgraded my review to 5 stars. Excellent product and customer service.

Good website timely delivery and good updates

Great cycling gear from Pearson, this is the 2nd pair of winter bibs I’ve brought for myself in addition to three other pairs for my boy’s. Practical, warm and they do what they say on the on the website.

I just took delivery of my new Pearson On and On. A cycling friend of mine recommended Guy and Will Pearsons iconic bikes. From the first contact with Guy to the very patient, friendly and ‘jargon-free’ bike fitting and choice of build/spec with Nas and the very customer-centric bike delivery with Nas and Duncan, I felt I was in the best of hands. This really cemented my confidence in my purchase decisions. Now to the real test: on the road!

I had to buy a pair of thermal lined gloves as my hands were frozen. Bought a pair of XL as there were no L in stock. No big deal really. Sales assistant was as helpful as he could be.

Excellent customer service as usual. Good advice on sizing and spot on.

The purchase was straight forward, the return was easy, refund was on a timely basis. All good!

New bike day is always a good day and buying it at Pearsons ensures it is so. Great engagement, plenty of time provided for handover, thorough discussion about all elements of the bike and fit. Nas is extremely knowledgable and very helpful. A thoroughly decent experience at Pearsons - thank you.
