VERY POOR SERVICE
Booked our transfer from airport to the hotel 8 weeks before flying from UK. Was advised that they monitor flights in case of flight time changes etc. Our flight was delayed 45 mins take-off, therefore late arrival. Pearson Taxi were contacted as advised when we cleared customs & bagage reclaim - NO RESPONSE. Tried again & same result. WhatsApped them only to be told our booking was for 20:30 (correct) & the driver waited an hour. They hadn't checked the flights as promised, they didn't provide the service as booked & then they didn't have any taxi to take us to our hotel. We subsequently got a better taxi company outside the airport who charged us $9 less than we were quoted by Pearson Taxi.

I called few airport taxi companies and got the quote but Pearson airport limousine & taxi service came up with the best rate then I was surprised with the service booking was easy contacting driver was easy I will be using this service and definitely recommended
