My previous experiences were amazing but this last order took 4 weeks to arrive. This was caused by a combination of the item being on back order and then being lost by usps. There was no tracking information from the post office and very little communication from seller. I don’t blame him for the post offices mistakes but I didn’t know about the item being on back order until I called 10 days after purchase. When the items finally arrived they were excellent quality as always so I would buy from him again in the future but I would hope to be notified if an item is not available to ship at the time my order is placed.

I have been on Reta since Dec 25, 2025 starting weight 230. Current weight 200.1. Since then I’ve had TKR Jan 1, 2026 now 9 weeks post op and recovery has been on task.
