I wish I had checked this company out before I ordered from them. They gave me a tracking number which doesn’t exist. Forget speaking with someone. They won’t contact you within 24 hours

They said it was delivered but I never received it! Emailed them and never received a response! They are a scam that stole my money!! Company is a scam!! Don't order anything from them!!

Product container was missing about 1/3 of product. However, customer service was helpful in resolving the issue.

I thought I lost my package but they are willing to help. Thank you so much.

This is a SCAM! Please ladies be careful! I was on youtube. This girl was advertising eye cream but Dr. Melaxin but she did not pronounce it clearly. So right below it shows shop for this cream like it tends to happen so I clicked and bought what I thought was the eye cream from Dr. Melaxin but then after 6-7 weeks it finally arrived but it was sent from China. The name is FLuxArco. I emailed to cancel but they said I needed to wait for the product. After 2 more weeks it arrived and right away wanted to just send it back, but if you read the peachloft return policy it says you need to confirm their address and stupidity. I did and did not hear back from them. These are cheap crap Chinese products! I know it was originally sent from China because I made sure to track in a detailed manner. The label said it came from Dawn Rhodes in Chicago ILL. and i wanted to confirm to send it back. They said I couldn't but I could exchange for something else! Are you kidding me!!! I spent 50 dollars! Now they are not even getting back to me. PLEASE BEWARE OF SCAM!!!!

I received my product in the mail unfortunately the product came inside of a plastic FedEx bag and when I received my product out of the mailbox and opened it the inside packaging was damaged wet soggy the product had busted open all inside of the package and I was unable to use the product that I was waiting for To put on my vehicle to see the marvelous shine that I kept seeing on videos. I reached out to the company immediately to let them know how disappointed I was on waiting a few weeks for this item to be delivered to use on my car for the upcoming car shows to show off that glossy wet shine that I kept seeing in numerous videos of this product however They did respond to me with a quick response and also a replacement at no charge for me to try this product. I do feel that the product should be secure more safely in a shipping box and not a bag so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the near future. I received my package and to my dismay It was a mess. The car polish I ordered had leaked and made a mess. I suggested that Peadhloft send out this product in a more sturdy container. To my surprise, I got a reply almost instantly and they are replacing my order. This company is on top of their business. I highly recommend this company. I can't wait to try out this product. In this day and age of scams, this is a pearl of honest and good business practice.

Just 2 days ago I really appreciate you returning my funds for this and what really impressed me is that you are going to look into stronger shipping materials like boxes and so forth, because it looks like somebody stepped on the plastic bag material. Which of course smashed the 2 bottles so good for you? I appreciate that and looking forward to ordering some more because I've tried one and it worked really well.

I purchased the Car Paint Spray for Shine and Protection × 1 for $17.99 plus shipping.
When I applied it to my car, it might as well have been water!
I applied it after getting my car detailed. After watching it be applied we all just laughed, because it did nothing!!😞

This product is a total ripoff nano Auto Polish don't waste your money I it was pure water waste of time waste of money I hope to get my money back but I shouldn't be hoping I better be getting do not buy the nanopolish

I watched the commercial on youtube and bought the car spray… instead of the 17 oz bottle I received a 4 oz bottle.

Product does not work as advertised. Bottle mostly contains water

I have responded to their comment below and have asked for a refund. I doubt that I will get neither a response nor a refund. I also had previously submitted my order number etc so they do have what they need and always have.

I was not at all happy with product but the customer service was exemplary. I really wished the product was as great as the customer service. I sent them an email on March 10th expressing my dissatisfaction and I was promptly refunded on March 12th, no questions asked.

I have ordered this product three times I thought it was impossible to do what it claims but I said let me check it out every time I ordered it they would drew the money but I they never sent out the products and I never received it and I don't know who to ask the money back because there is no place to complain about it especially because I didn't receive it I didn't receive a bad item I just never received anything I have nothing to return anywhere it's a scam for sure

Update: After 33 days, item arrived as described. It did not disapoint. The wife loved it. Anyway, I shouldve made my research. I couldve avoided the long wait if only i checked online where else to get the same item at a fraction of the price i paid therefor. Oh well. At least i got the item eventually.

Ordered a coffee cup with hart shaped handle. They were slow to ship it. It was put in a box with nothing inside to protect it. Received it broken. I emailed them and got no response.

Avoid this company at all costs . When I attempted to issue a change of address they refused to acknowledge it after several attempts. In addition when the merchandise was received it did not fit my iPhone. I have attempted to contact them several times for either a replacement or refund with no response. Bad news

It took two weeks to finally receive the items ordered and they came with ZERO English instructions (All in Chinese). There was absolutely NO customer support and the quality of the products made them unusable. Bottom Line: DON'T DO IT! A TOTAL RIP OFF!

Would give it a 0 if it was possible. PLEASE don’t order anything from this site. They’re a scam. You’ll never get your “item” nor hear back from anybody. They’ll take your money and bounce.
