Ridiculous company
I’m calling my credit card company. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I never received any of my items but they sure got paid in a hurry.
This is one company I will never ever ever do business with again they will not answer their phone. They will not answer your emails. It seems like they are just a bunch of scammers. Shame on me for not reading the reviews first. This is one horrible company.

I ordered a ring for my granddaughter in the Fall. It took a while to be shipped, but it only made it as far as L.A. At that point, the tracking said it had been given to a "local" carrier. I never received the ring and have never received a refund nor have they sent me a replacement for the one that is obviously lost. DO NOT USE this site as they are unreliable. (Order #152306)

I ordered bracelets for my granddaughters for Christmas NEVER got them!!!!!!! Out over thirty dollars!!!!

Like everyone else got ripped off.. should of known better.. other countries dont care like always.. Don't order from this company.. they don't answer emails or their phone.. also you will not get your order or money back..

Peachloft is a scam. They have customer service site but never respond. Item I ordered never received. Don't make same mistake...they are not legitimate.

Ordered product 12-02-22. Given a tracking notice. Told item had been shipped Tracking number does not work. Tried calling them no response. Call did not go through or busy. E mailed them several times no response. I’ll be calling my credit card company to report them as fraud!!!! Do not order from them. I ordered something for 2 small grandchildren now they have nothing. Thank you peachloft!!! Wish I would have read reviews first before giving them my hard earned money. Shame on them.

Like many before me I have not received my order but my money was certainly taken. Now "Amber" says they can not find my order in the system. I provided the order # the Confirmation #, The products purchased, My bank transaction and they still are unable to find it. I have asked for my money to be returned. I get the same bs answer. Amber then asks for my ID! What the what!!!! um no! A bunch of con artists. I want my money and for them to be closed down.

As seems to be case with soooo many other potential buyers, this company has not shipped the item I ordered about two weeks ago. Initially, they emailed me that "shipping" had taken place thru UPS, but attempts to track that "shipping" have proved futile. I have reported them to Paypal and either want my item or a refund of my payment.

Make sure you check reviews before ordering. I wish I had. 👎

Do not order from this company! It took forever to get my product from China AND I was charged $6 from the post office because they didn’t pay for shipping. The post office said companies have been doing this as a scam - charging you for shipping, pocketing that money and then shipping while you get stuck with the cost upon delivery. Stay away!!!!! Scammers

was ordered over 3 weeks ago. NEVER received any response I have emailed them 3 times no response. you call the phone number listed and it is constantly busy. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM cause you won't get your order. I am waiting for refund.

I never received one order. I didn't know this company was awful before I had placed the second order. No shipping info. They have no working phone number and don't reply to emails.

Peachloft never sent my order. They took the money off my card and never sent what I ordered. Nor did they answer my emails and their phone number rings busy 24 hrs a day

It should be -0 customer service.I am trying for days to get respond for my order and so far I did not get one respond where is my order and when will I get.I will never ever order anything from them.

Did not receive what I ordered. Wrong merchandise received. False advertising. What did arrive was cheap. Not at all as pictured on !ine. Bracelets ordered for men wouldn't fit my dog. Disputing charge to my credit card at present. This company is a scam.

The goods ordered arrived damaged in transit. When I contacted the company they advised I would not receive a refund but could return them at my expense for the to consider replacement. I supplied photos but this made no difference. Do not purchase from this Company.

Total liers and scumbags! Never recieved my order, phone number is disconnected
Will be sueing, snd calling my bank
