My product was discreetly packaged and safely delivered in a very timely manner.
The website is fun and so easy to navigate! I love that the range of products is so vast and there is some really unusual things to find as well. It's not like competitors who all sell exactly the same stuff.
The communication from the company is perfect, they want to know there customers and how best to support them which I love!
The information posted on the website is also helpful and so much better than anything I have seen before. All the topics and products have little how to guides or advice around safe practises which is a nice touch.

Never buy from this company - they are dishonest
I purchased an expensive product. The only thing I did was open the box and charge. It did not work. I sent it back immediately and the company claimed I had broken it, even though I sent it back exactly 100% as it arrived. They refused to accept any responsibility and would not replace or refund. I messaged at least 5 times and they could not care less. Highly unethical and will simply take your money. I sent the item back very quickly 100% as it arrived.
