Nigdy nie decydowałem się na subskrybcję
Nigdy nie decydowałem się na subskrpycję. Chodziło mi o jednorazową usługę za którą zapłaciłem kartą. Po 7 dniach próbowali pobrać kasę z konta za subskrpycję. Po zalogowaniu nie ma możliwości zmian w subskrypcji ani usunięcia konta. Nic.
Na szczęście Revolut blokuje takie naciąganie:)

Very quick refund
The service worked as advertised, but what really made me trust them is their refund policy. Originaly I used this site as a one-time one time service for a small fee.
Then, a week later, I was billed 30 dollares for a subscription I did not intend to sign up for. Luckily, I was able to sort this out within 2 minutes, with their very wast support. Not only was i refunded the subscription price, but also surprisingly even the original small fee.

Unfortunately a scam 🚨
Sorry when things look too good to be true they often are. SCAM ‼️ The actual service works but even when you select and pay for a one off conversion, not even a week later you are hit with a £39 subscription bill. No welcome email or correspondence, I don’t have an account with them to even cancel. Luckily my bank spotted it and contacted me saying it looked suspicious. They were right too. Be careful

Agent was professional; the company's policies don't appear to be that way.
I think the agent was cordial & professional. He was closely following guidelines set for him.
Today's chat with your agent centered around an incorrect charge made to my account. I don't agree with your policy of only refunding half of the amount charged me. The mistake clearly belongs to the company. Your website reports I do not have a subscription, yet I was billed a full amount of $29. I paid my full fee of $29 in March and my subscription was cancelled shortly after that as reported by your website. I have not used the company's services since early February. It appears your web does not report accurate information nor interact with your billing system.
